Setup
Butane Refilling Instructions
- Ensure the lighter is completely cool and the flame adjustment is set to the lowest setting.
- Invert the lighter to expose the butane filling port located at the bottom.
- Hold the butane gas canister vertically and firmly press its nozzle into the lighter's filling port.
- Apply firm, even pressure for approximately 5-10 seconds. Repeat if necessary until the lighter is full.
- After filling, wait a few minutes for the gas to stabilize and reach room temperature before attempting to ignite.
Note: After refilling, due to air pressure changes, the initial flame may be irregular. This is normal and will stabilize after a few uses.

Operating Instructions
Igniting the Flame
- Ensure the safety lock is disengaged (if applicable).
- Press the ignition switch to light the flame. The lighter is designed for sensitive and quick ignition.
Adjusting Flame Size
Locate the flame adjustment mechanism, typically a small dial or lever. Rotate or slide this control to increase or decrease the flame intensity. The maximum jet length can reach up to 6.5 inches.

Using the Safety Lock
The lighter features a one-button, dual-use safety locking flame switch. When engaged, this lock keeps the flame burning continuously without needing to hold the ignition switch. When not in use, ensure the lock is engaged to prevent accidental ignition.
360° Use Capability
This torch lighter is designed to be used at any angle, including inverted, without affecting flame performance. This feature provides versatility for various tasks.

Image Description: Two hands holding the torch lighter, one upright and one inverted, both producing a strong blue flame, illustrating its 360-degree operational capability.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the lighter. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the lighter in water.
- Storage: Store the lighter in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure the lighter is empty of butane and the safety lock is engaged before long-term storage.
- Nozzle Care: Periodically check the flame spout for any debris. Clean gently if necessary to ensure optimal flame performance.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No flame or weak flame | Low butane level; air in tank; clogged nozzle; flame adjustment too low. | Refill with butane; purge air from tank (if applicable); clean nozzle; adjust flame setting. |
| Irregular flame after refilling | Air pressure imbalance after refilling. | This is normal. The flame will stabilize after a few uses. |
| Lighter does not ignite | No butane; faulty ignition switch; safety lock engaged. | Refill butane; ensure safety lock is disengaged; if problem persists, contact support. |
