Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the kettle and all accessories from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. First Use Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water up to the maximum level. Boil the water (100°C) and then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.

Filling the Kettle

  1. Remove the kettle from its power base.
  2. Open the lid and fill the kettle with the desired amount of water. Do not fill below the minimum mark or above the maximum (1.7 L) mark.

Setting Temperature and Boiling

The digital display allows for precise temperature selection between 40°C and 100°C in 5°C increments, or using preset options.

  1. Once the kettle is on the base, the digital display will illuminate.
  2. Temperature Selection:
    • Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the display to adjust the desired temperature in 5°C increments (from 40°C to 100°C).
    • Alternatively, select one of the 4 preset temperature buttons: 70°C (Green Tea), 80°C (Tea or Mate), 90°C (Coffee), or 100°C (Boil).
  3. Start Boiling: Press the power button (usually indicated by a power symbol) to start the heating process. The display will show the current water temperature as it heats up.
  4. Automatic Shut-off: The kettle will automatically switch off once the selected temperature is reached.

Keep Warm Function

The Keep Warm function maintains the water at your selected temperature for up to 2 hours.

  1. After selecting your desired temperature and starting the heating process, press the 'Keep Warm' button (often indicated by a wavy line or temperature icon).
  2. The kettle will heat the water to the set temperature and then maintain it for approximately 2 hours.
  3. To deactivate, press the power button again or remove the kettle from the base.

Pouring Water

Carefully remove the kettle from its base and pour the hot water. The Cool Touch exterior helps prevent burns, but always handle with care.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your kettle.

  1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the kettle from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
