3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Camera Installation

Follow these steps to install your security cameras:

1. Choose a Location: Select a suitable installation location for each camera, ensuring optimal viewing angles and network connectivity. The cameras are IP66 weatherproof, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
2. Mounting: Use the provided mounting templates to mark drill holes. Drill holes as indicated and insert the rubber plugs.
3. Secure Camera: Fix the camera to the mounting surface using the provided screws. Adjust the camera to the desired angle.

3.2 DVR and Camera Connection

Connect the DVR and cameras as follows:

1. DVR Connections: Connect the power supply, monitor (via HDMI or VGA), USB mouse, and Ethernet cable (for remote access) to the DVR.
2. Camera to DVR: Connect each camera to the DVR using the BNC cables. Use the 1 to 4 power splitters to power multiple cameras from a single power supply.
3. Power On: Once all connections are secure, power on the DVR. The system should display video feeds on the connected monitor.

1. Download App: Download the Loocam APP or AVSS client from your device's app store.
2. Add Device: Follow the in-app instructions to add your DVR device by scanning the QR code or entering the device ID.
3. View Footage: Once added, you can view live streams, access recorded events, and manage settings remotely.
