3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Charging the Devices
Both the keyboard and mouse come with built-in rechargeable Lithium Polymer batteries. Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge both devices using the provided USB-C charging cable.
- Connect the USB-C end of the cable to the charging port on the keyboard (located on the top edge) and the mouse (located on the front).
- Connect the USB-A end of the cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator light will show charging status (refer to device for specific light behavior).
- A full charge can last up to 3 months based on typical daily use.

3.2 Connecting the Devices
The combo supports three connection methods: Bluetooth 1, Bluetooth 2, and 2.4G wireless USB. You can switch between these channels to connect to up to three different devices.
3.2.1 2.4G USB Wireless Connection
- Locate the 2.4G USB receiver stored in the mouse's bottom compartment. Gently pull it out.
- Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer or device.
- Turn on the keyboard using the ON/OFF switch on its top edge.
- Turn on the mouse using the ON/OFF switch on its bottom. Ensure the mouse is set to 2.4G mode (indicated by "3" or "2.4G" on the switch).
- Press "Fn + 3" on the keyboard for 5 seconds to enter 2.4G USB pairing mode. The keyboard's indicator light will blink.
- The devices should automatically connect.

3.2.2 Bluetooth Connection (BT1 / BT2)
- Turn on the keyboard using the ON/OFF switch on its top edge.
- Turn on the mouse using the ON/OFF switch on its bottom. Ensure the mouse is set to Bluetooth mode (indicated by "1" or "2" on the switch).
- For Bluetooth 1, press "Fn + 1" on the keyboard for 5 seconds. For Bluetooth 2, press "Fn + 2" on the keyboard for 5 seconds. The keyboard's indicator light will blink rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (Mac, iPad, iPhone, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and search for "K599-BT1" or "K599-BT2" for the keyboard, and "M599-BT1" or "M599-BT2" for the mouse.
- Select the device name to pair. Once connected, the indicator light will stop blinking.
