Setup
Unpacking and Inspection
Carefully remove the incubator from its packaging. Inspect for any visible damage that may have occurred during shipping. Report any damage to the carrier immediately.

Placement
Place the incubator on a sturdy, level surface capable of supporting its weight. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and maintenance access. Avoid direct sunlight or proximity to heat sources.
Electrical Connection

Operating Instructions
Power On and Initial Warm-up
After connecting power and CO2, turn on the incubator. Allow the unit to stabilize for at least 24 hours before introducing cultures. The display will show current temperature and CO2 percentage.

Setting Temperature and CO2 Levels
Use the SEL button and arrow keys (▲, ▼) on the control panel to navigate and adjust setpoints for temperature and CO2 concentration. Refer to the specific protocol for your cell culture requirements.

Loading Samples
Open the incubator door and place culture vessels on the shelves. Minimize door open time to maintain stable internal conditions. The interior features multiple shelves for sample placement.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Interior
Regularly clean the interior chamber with a mild, non-corrosive disinfectant. Ensure all surfaces are dry before closing the door. Remove shelves for thorough cleaning.
HEPA Filter Maintenance
The incubator is equipped with a HEPA filtration system. Check filters periodically as indicated on the unit. Replace filters according to manufacturer guidelines or when the indicator suggests.
