4. Setup
4.1. Connection Modes
The TD31Pro supports three connection modes: Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4GHz wireless, and Type-C wired. You can switch between these modes using specific key combinations.
- Bluetooth Connection: Press FN + 1/2/3 to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The screen will indicate 'BT Linking'. You can pair up to three Bluetooth devices.
- 2.4GHz Wireless Connection: Insert the 2.4G USB receiver into your device. Press FN + 4 on the numpad. The screen will indicate '2.4G Linking'.

4.2. Battery & Charging
The TD31Pro is equipped with a 1000mAh rechargeable battery. Connect the numpad via the USB-C cable to charge. The TFT screen will display the battery status. Ensure the numpad is charged for optimal wireless performance.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Key Functions
The TD31Pro features 30 multi-function keys including NumLock, ESC, Delete, Copy, Paste, PgUp, PgDn, and a dedicated shortcut key to open the computer calculator. The layout also includes extra arrow keys for enhanced navigation.
- Calculator Shortcut: Press the dedicated calculator key to instantly open your computer's calculator application.
- Copy/Paste: Use the dedicated Copy and Paste keys for quick text manipulation.

5.2. RGB Lighting Control
The numpad features 16.8 million RGB presets with south-facing LEDs. Control various lighting effects, brightness, and speed using FN key combinations.

5.3. Knob Functions & Screen Display
The enhanced metal knob provides quick control over various settings. The multimedia TFT display screen shows important information and allows for customization.
- Default Volume Mode: The knob controls system volume. One click can mute/unmute.
- FN + Knob: Quickly switch between Volume Mode and Screen Mode.
- Screen Mode: In Screen Mode, the knob allows control over screen display content (e.g., custom DIY GIF images, NumLock status, connection mode, WIN/MAC system, battery status, RGB Mode). Note: One-click mute is not supported in Screen Mode.

5.4. Software Customization

6. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your TD31Pro Mechanical Number Pad, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the numpad regularly. For deeper cleaning, remove keycaps using the provided keycap puller and clean the switches and plate with compressed air or a soft brush.
- Keycap Care: The PBT keycaps are wear-resistant and anti-oil. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the keycap material or legends.
- Switch Replacement: The hot-swappable PCB allows for easy replacement of 3-pin or 5-pin mechanical switches without soldering. Use the provided switch puller to carefully remove and insert switches.
- Storage: When not in use, store the numpad in a cool, dry place, ideally with the dust cover to prevent dust accumulation.
7. Troubleshooting
- Numpad not connecting: Ensure the numpad is powered on. Verify the correct connection mode (Bluetooth, 2.4G, or wired) is selected using FN key combinations. For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and the numpad is in pairing mode. For 2.4G, ensure the receiver is properly inserted. For wired, check the USB-C cable connection.
- Keys not responding: Check if the numpad is connected. If using wireless modes, ensure the battery is charged. If individual keys are not working, try replacing the hot-swappable switch for that key.
