Operating Instructions
Activating and Changing Modes
The Wicked Ball M3 features three interactive modes to suit your cat's play style and energy level. To activate the ball, simply tap it. To cycle through the modes, tap the ball again. The LED light color indicates the current mode:
- Blue Light (Hybrid Mode): Combines vibrating and fast rolling movements. Recommended for energetic and extrovert cats, suitable for thin carpets and solid flat floors.
- Green Light (Bounce Mode): Features erratic bouncing movements. Ideal for bold and courageous hunters, particularly effective on thick carpets.
- Purple Light (Roll Mode): Offers gentle shaking and slow rolling. Best for shy and timid cats, designed for solid flat floors.
The ball automatically remembers the last mode used when turned back on.

Bionic Movements
Equipped with an intelligent motion sensor, the Wicked Ball M3 can detect obstacles and tight spots. It will automatically reverse and move away, ensuring it doesn't get stuck and keeps your cat engaged with unpredictable movements.

Play-and-Rest Mode
To prevent over-exhaustion and ensure moderate exercise, the Wicked Ball M3 enters a 30-minute sleep period after 10 minutes of continuous play. If touched while sleeping, it will reactivate and resume play. This feature allows for up to 13.6 hours of play-and-rest time on a single charge, or up to 3.5 hours of non-stop play.

Maintenance
Cleaning
To maintain the toy's performance and hygiene, gently wipe the surface of the Wicked Ball M3 with a soft, damp cloth as needed. Avoid submerging the ball in water or using harsh cleaning agents.
Low Battery Alerts
The Wicked Ball M3 provides a short 'beep' sound to indicate a low battery. This alert helps you know when it's time to recharge, ensuring uninterrupted playtime for your pet.

Troubleshooting
Ball Not Moving or Getting Stuck
- Check Battery: If the ball is not moving, it may have a low battery. Listen for the 'beep' alert and recharge the device fully.
- Surface Compatibility: Ensure the ball is being used on a suitable surface. While versatile, extremely high-pile carpets (over 25mm) or very uneven surfaces might hinder movement.
- Obstacles: Although designed to avoid obstacles, ensure the play area is clear of excessive clutter that might trap the ball.
- Mode Selection: Verify that the selected mode is appropriate for the surface. For example, 'Bounce Mode' is best for thick carpets, while 'Roll Mode' is ideal for flat floors.
Ball Not Responding to Touch
- Check Sleep Mode: The ball enters a sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. A gentle tap should reactivate it.
- Recharge: If it doesn't reactivate, the battery might be completely drained.
Unusual Noises
- If you hear unusual noises, ensure no foreign objects are lodged in the ball's mechanism. If the issue persists, contact customer service.
