2. Selecting the Right Eartips
Proper eartip selection is crucial for optimal sound quality and comfort. The Beats Solo Buds come with multiple eartip sizes. Experiment with different sizes to find the best fit for your ears. A good fit creates a seal that enhances bass and noise isolation.

Cleaning
- Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

- Remove eartips and clean them separately with water and mild soap if necessary, ensuring they are completely dry before reattaching.
- Keep charging contacts on both earbuds and case clean and free of debris.
Storage
Always store the Beats Solo Buds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and ensure they remain charged.
Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the case, the lid is open, and the case has sufficient charge. For Android, press and hold the system button until the LED flashes white. For Apple, ensure your device's Bluetooth is on and the case is near.
- No sound from one earbud: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid for 10 seconds, then open it and try again. Check device's audio balance settings.
- Charging issues: Verify the USB-C cable and power adapter are working. Ensure the charging port on the case and the charging contacts on the earbuds are clean and free of debris.
- Poor sound quality: Ensure eartips provide a proper seal. Try different eartip sizes. Check for debris in the earbud nozzles.
- Resetting the Earbuds: If issues persist, place both earbuds in the charging case with the lid open. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds until the LED indicator light flashes red and white. Release the button. The earbuds are now reset and ready to be paired again.
