2. What's in the Box
Upon unboxing your Dyson OnTrac™ Headphones, please ensure all the following components are present:
- Dyson OnTrac™ Headphones (Model 6KK-XD-THA0246A)
- USB-C Charging Cable
- Protective Case
- Ear Cushions (pre-installed)
- Headband (pre-installed)

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Headphones
Before initial use, fully charge your Dyson OnTrac™ Headphones. Use the provided USB-C charging cable to connect the headphones to a compatible USB power source.
- Connect the USB-C end of the cable to the charging port on the headphones.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The LED indicator on the headphones will show charging status. A full charge provides up to 55 hours of listening time.

3.2 Bluetooth Pairing
To connect your headphones to a device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), follow these steps:
- Ensure the headphones are powered off.
- Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator flashes blue, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- Select "Dyson OnTrac" from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.
The headphones support Bluetooth 5.0 with a range of up to 9 meters.
3.3 MyDyson App Integration
For advanced controls and customization, download the MyDyson app from your device's app store. The app allows you to:
- Adjust EQ settings.
- Fine-tune ANC settings.
- Monitor sound exposure and noise pollution.
- Receive automatic software updates.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The LED indicator will light up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will turn off.
4.2 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) Control
The Dyson OnTrac™ Headphones feature intuitive ANC control:
- Switching Modes: Double-tap the outer cap of either earcup to cycle between ANC modes.
- Isolation Mode: Blocks out external noise for an immersive listening experience.
- Transparency Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while still enjoying your audio, useful for awareness.

4.3 Audio Playback and Calls
Control your music and calls using the touch controls on the earcups:
- Play/Pause: Single tap on the right earcup.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earcup.
- Previous Track: Triple tap on the right earcup.
- Volume Control: Swipe up or down on the right earcup.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earcup.
- Reject Call: Press and hold on either earcup.
- Voice Assistant: Press and hold for 2 seconds on the left earcup.
The integrated microphone ensures crystal-clear calls.
4.4 Customizing Ear Cushions and Outer Caps
The Dyson OnTrac™ Headphones allow for personalization. You can change the ear cushions and outer caps to match your style. Refer to the included quick start guide for detailed instructions on how to safely remove and attach these components.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the exterior surfaces of the headphones.
- For ear cushions, gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth and allow to air dry completely before use. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Avoid getting moisture into any openings.
5.2 Storage
When not in use, store your Dyson OnTrac™ Headphones in the provided protective case to prevent scratches and damage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Dyson OnTrac™ Headphones, please refer to the common problems and solutions below:
