Important Safety Instructions

Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Cleaning: Before first use, wash the mixing bowl, splash guard, whisk, beater, and dough hook in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The main unit can be wiped with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  3. Placement: Place the mixer on a clean, dry, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the mixer for operation and ventilation. The four silicone suction feet on the base will help secure the mixer during use.
  4. Attaching the Bowl: Place the stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base and turn it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
  5. Attaching an Accessory:
    • Ensure the mixer is unplugged and the speed control is set to '0' (OFF).
    • Press the tilt-head release button and lift the motor head.
    • Insert the desired attachment (dough hook, beater, or whisk) into the accessory shaft. Push upwards and turn counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
    • Lower the motor head until it clicks into position.
  6. Attaching the Splash Guard: If desired, attach the splash guard to the motor head before lowering it, ensuring it covers the bowl opening.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

  1. Ensure the mixer is properly assembled with the desired attachment and mixing bowl.
  2. Add ingredients to the mixing bowl.
  3. Plug the mixer into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Turn the speed control knob to the desired speed setting (1-10). For quick bursts of power, use the 'P' (Pulse) setting.
  5. Monitor the mixing process. If necessary, stop the mixer, scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula, and continue mixing.
  6. Once mixing is complete, turn the speed control knob back to '0' (OFF) and unplug the mixer from the outlet.
  7. Press the tilt-head release button and lift the motor head. Remove the attachment by pushing upwards and turning clockwise. Remove the mixing bowl by turning it counter-clockwise.
