6.4 SD Card Management

If using a Micro SD card, regularly back up important footage and format the card through the app to maintain recording performance and free up space.

7. Troubleshooting

  • No 4G Signal: Ensure the camera is installed in an area with adequate cellular coverage. Check the signal strength indicator in the app.
  • Camera Not Powering On: Verify the battery is charged. If using solar power, ensure the solar panel is clean and receiving direct sunlight. Check the power switch.
  • Motion Detection Issues: Adjust PIR sensitivity settings in the app. Ensure the camera's field of view is clear of obstructions that might cause false alarms (e.g., swaying branches).
  • Two-Way Audio Problems: Check your phone's volume and microphone permissions for the app. Ensure the camera's microphone and speaker are not obstructed.
  • Unable to Connect to App: Re-verify the pairing process. Ensure your phone has a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) to communicate with the camera's cloud service.
