Position the exercise bike on a firm, level surface. The bike features a stable triangular design and H-shaped structure for enhanced stability during workouts. 4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Adjusting Seat and Handlebars

For optimal comfort and exercise efficiency, adjust the seat and handlebars to fit your body. The seat offers 4-way adjustment (up/down, forward/backward), and the handlebars provide 2-way adjustment (up/down). The bike accommodates users from 4.7 to 6.1 feet in height. Ensure all adjustment knobs are securely tightened before riding.

4.2 Magnetic Resistance System

The CHAOKE Exercise Bike features a powerful magnetic resistance system, providing a smooth and whisper-quiet ride. Resistance can be adjusted from 0% to 100% using the resistance knob. Turn clockwise to increase resistance and counter-clockwise to decrease it. The red button on the knob functions as an emergency brake.

4.3 LCD Monitor and App Connectivity

The integrated LCD monitor displays real-time data including time, speed, distance, odometer, and calories burned. It is powered by 2 AAA batteries (included). Problem Possible Cause Solution
Bike is noisy during operation. Loose components; internal belt issue (rare). Ensure all assembly bolts are tightened. If noise persists and is significant, contact customer support.
Resistance not changing or inconsistent. Resistance knob not fully engaged; internal magnetic mechanism issue. Turn the resistance knob fully clockwise and counter-clockwise to ensure engagement. If problem persists, contact customer support.
LCD monitor not displaying or dim. Dead batteries; loose battery connection. Replace the 2 AAA batteries. Ensure batteries are inserted with correct polarity and the battery cover is secure.
Bike feels unstable or wobbly. Not on a level surface; loose frame bolts; seat/handlebar adjustments not tightened. Ensure the bike is on a flat surface. Check and tighten all frame bolts, especially those for the seat and handlebars.
Pedals feel loose or make clicking sound. Pedals not fully tightened. Ensure pedals are securely tightened to the crank arms. Remember that the left pedal has a reverse thread.
