4. Assembly
The MERACH Ab Machine is designed for straightforward assembly. Follow these general steps. Refer to the included diagram for specific part identification.

- Unpack Components: Remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Verify all parts are present against the package contents list.
- Attach Base Stabilizers: Secure the front and rear base stabilizers to the main frame using the provided screws and tools.
- Install Knee and Elbow Pads: Slide the knee and elbow pads onto their respective support bars and secure them.
- Connect Handlebars: Attach the handlebars to the upper section of the main frame, ensuring they are firmly in place.
- Attach Resistance Bands: Hook the resistance bands to the designated points on the machine.

6. Setup & Adjustments

Adjusting Incline and Height:
The MERACH Ab Machine features 2 incline settings and 5 height adjustments. Higher settings increase the challenge.

- Incline Adjustment: Locate the incline adjustment pin near the base of the machine. Pull the pin, adjust the main frame to your desired angle, and re-insert the pin securely.
- Height Adjustment: Identify the height adjustment knob on the vertical support bar. Unscrew the knob, slide the bar to one of the 5 height settings, and tighten the knob firmly.
Always ensure the adjustment pins and knobs are fully secured before beginning your workout to prevent accidents.

- Kneel on the knee pads and place your elbows on the elbow pads, gripping the handlebars.

- Control the movement as you return to the starting position. Focus on a slow, controlled motion to maximize muscle engagement.
Arm and Glute Workout:
Utilize the integrated resistance bands for additional exercises.
- Arm Exercises: While in the kneeling position, use the resistance band handles to perform bicep curls, tricep extensions, or rows.
- Glute Exercises: From a kneeling position, extend one leg backward, using the machine's resistance for glute activation. Repeat on the other side.
Using the LCD Display:
The built-in LCD display provides real-time feedback on your workout.

- COUNT: Displays the number of repetitions performed.
- TIME: Shows the duration of your current workout session.
