4. Product Overview
4.1. Device Components

5. Setup
5.1. Installing Batteries
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the monitor.
- Insert the 4 AAA batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Note: The device is powered by 4 AAA batteries, which are included in the package. If the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace all four batteries simultaneously.
5.2. Attaching the Cuff
- Plug the air tube connector from the cuff firmly into the cuff connector port on the side of the blood pressure monitor.
- Ensure the connection is secure to prevent air leakage during measurement.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Before Taking a Measurement
- Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising, and bathing for 30 minutes before measurement.
- Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
- Sit in a comfortable position with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Place your arm on a flat surface so the cuff is at heart level.
6.2. Taking a Measurement
- Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. Ensure it is snug but not too tight. The adjustable cuff fits arm circumferences from 22 cm to 42 cm.
- Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will automatically inflate, and the measurement will begin.
- Remain still and silent during the measurement.
- Once the measurement is complete, the SYS, DIA, and PUL readings will be displayed on the LCD screen. The device will automatically store the reading.
- Press the START/STOP button again to turn off the device, or it will automatically shut off after 1 minute of inactivity.
6.3. Dual User Mode
The sinocare ARM-30E+ supports a dual-user mode, allowing two individuals to track their blood pressure readings independently. Each user can store up to 99 sets of measurements.
- To switch between User 1 and User 2, press the SET button when the device is off. The user icon will toggle between User 1 and User 2.
- Once the desired user is selected, proceed with the measurement as described above. Readings will be saved to the active user's memory.

6.4. Irregular Heartbeat Indicator
The monitor automatically detects and displays an irregular heartbeat symbol on the LCD screen if an irregular pulse rhythm is detected during measurement. If this symbol appears frequently, consult your physician.
