1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the EVERCROSS EV10K PRO Electric Scooter. This manual provides essential information for the safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new electric scooter. Please read this manual thoroughly before your first ride to ensure optimal performance and safety.

2. Safety Information

Your safety is paramount. Always adhere to the following guidelines:

• UL2272 Certified: This scooter is UL2272 certified, ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards.
• Protective Gear: Always wear a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and other appropriate safety gear while riding.
• Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 330 lbs (150 kg).
• Age Range: This scooter is intended for adult use.
• Environmental Conditions: Avoid riding in heavy rain, snow, or on icy surfaces. Be aware that performance may vary with riding conditions, rider weight, and climate.
• Braking: Familiarize yourself with the Electronic Brake (E-ABS) and Disc Brake system. Practice braking in a safe, open area.
• Pre-Ride Check: Before each ride, ensure all components are securely fastened, tires are in good condition, and brakes are functioning correctly.

4. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the main components of your EVERCROSS EV10K PRO Electric Scooter:

• Handlebar: Includes grips, brake lever, accelerator, LED display, and turn signal controls.
• LED Digital Display: Shows current mode, speed, cruise control status, Bluetooth connection, and headlight status.
• Folding Buckle: Mechanism for folding and unfolding the scooter.
• Front & Rear Wheels: Equipped with 10-inch honeycomb solid tires.
• Dual Shock Absorption: Integrated into both front and rear for a smoother ride.
• Headlight & Taillight: For visibility and safety, including turn signals.

5. Setup

5.1 Assembly

1. Carefully remove the scooter and all components from the packaging.
2. Unfold the scooter by releasing the folding buckle and raising the handlebar stem until it locks into place.
3. Attach the handlebars to the stem, ensuring all cables are properly connected and secured.
4. Tighten any screws or fasteners as indicated in the quick start guide (if provided).

5.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the scooter's battery.

• Locate the charging port on the scooter.
• Connect the power adapter to the charging port and then to a power outlet.
• The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 8 hours.
• Disconnect the charger once the battery is fully charged.

5.3 App Connection

Enhance your riding experience by connecting to the "EVERCROSS PRO" mobile application.

• Download the "EVERCROSS PRO" app from your device's app store.
• Ensure your scooter is powered on and Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
• Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair with your scooter.
• The app allows you to lock/unlock the scooter, control cruise function, adjust speed modes, and view riding data.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the power button on the LED display.
• To power off, press and hold the power button again until the display turns off.

6.2 Riding Modes

The scooter offers three speed modes:

• ECO Mode: Energy-saving mode, suitable for beginners or longer range.
• D Mode: Standard drive mode for balanced performance.
• S Mode: Sport mode for maximum speed and acceleration.

Switch between modes using the designated button on the handlebar or via the EVERCROSS PRO app.

6.3 Speed Limit Removal

The maximum speed of 19 MPH can be achieved by either connecting to the mobile app to remove the speed limit or by pressing the power button 6 times in a row to upgrade the top speed from 15 MPH to 19 MPH.

6.4 Folding and Portability

The scooter features a foldable design for easy transport and storage.

• To fold, disengage the folding buckle and carefully lower the handlebar stem until it clicks into the folded position.
• The folded dimensions are approximately 43.3 x 20.1 x 21.3 inches (110 x 51 x 54 cm), and it weighs 35.3 lbs (16 kg).

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your scooter.

• Cleaning: Wipe the scooter with a damp cloth. Do not use high-pressure water jets or immerse the scooter in water.
• Tires: The scooter uses honeycomb solid tires, eliminating the need for inflation. Regularly inspect them for wear and tear.
• Brakes: Periodically check the brake system for proper function and adjust if necessary. Ensure the brake lever has appropriate tension.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery. Charge it regularly, even if not in frequent use. Store the scooter in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• General Inspection: Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure.
