Operating Instructions
The Ninja CREAMi simplifies the creation of frozen treats into three easy steps:
Step 1: Prepare Your Base
Prepare your desired ice cream, sorbet, or smoothie bowl base ingredients. Pour the mixture into a CREAMi Pint. Do not fill past the MAX FILL line. Place the storage lid on the pint and freeze for 24 hours until the base is solid.
Step 2: Assemble & Process
- Remove the frozen pint from the freezer and place it into the outer bowl.
- Attach the outer bowl lid with the Creamerizer Paddle installed. Ensure the lid is securely locked by turning it clockwise.
- Place the assembled outer bowl onto the motor base. Push down on the outer bowl handle and turn it clockwise to lock it into place. The 'INSTALL' light on the control panel will illuminate when correctly installed.
- Plug in the appliance. The power button will flash.
- Select your desired one-touch program from the control panel:
- ICE CREAM: For traditional and dairy-alternative ice cream.
- LITE ICE CREAM: For healthier ice cream options.
- GELATO: For rich and creamy Italian-style gelato.
- SORBET: For fruit-based frozen desserts.
- SMOOTHIE BOWL: For thicker, spoonable smoothie bowls.
- MILKSHAKE: For creamy, drinkable milkshakes.

Mix-in Function:
After processing your base, if you wish to add solid ingredients like chocolate chips, nuts, or candy, create a 1.5-inch wide hole that reaches the bottom of the pint. Add your mix-ins to the hole. Place the pint back into the outer bowl, attach the lid, and lock the assembly into the motor base. Select the MIX-IN program to evenly distribute the added ingredients without over-processing the base.

Re-spin Function:
If, after the initial processing, your treat is still powdery or crumbly, you can use the RE-SPIN function. This program will re-process the mixture to achieve a smoother, creamier consistency. Simply select the RE-SPIN button on the control panel.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your Ninja CREAMi.
- Motor Base: Wipe the motor base clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or place it in a dishwasher.
- CREAMi Pints, Storage Lids, Outer Bowl, and Creamerizer Paddle: These components are top-rack dishwasher safe. For best results, rinse immediately after use.
- For hand-washing, use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive cleaning brush.
