2. Safety Information and Precautions

Please read all instructions and warnings carefully before using this device. Improper use may result in injury or adverse reactions. This device is intended for temporary relief of pain associated with sore and aching muscles in the shoulder, waist, back, neck, upper extremities (arm), and lower extremities (leg) due to strain from exercise or normal household work activities.

3. Setup and Preparation

3.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the TENS unit. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the device's Type-C charging port and a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge provides approximately 40 hours of continuous use.

3.2 Attaching Electrode Pads and Lead Wires

1. Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and free of lotions or oils where you intend to place the pads.
2. Peel the electrode pads from their protective film. Retain the film for storage.
3. Snap the lead wires onto the electrode pads. Each lead wire has two connectors, allowing for two pads per channel.
4. Plug the lead wires into the A/B channel output ports on the top of the TENS unit.
5. Apply the electrode pads firmly to the desired treatment area on your body. Ensure good contact with the skin.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Device Controls Overview

• Power Button/Mode Setting Button: Located on the side, press and hold to power on/off. Short press to cycle through modes.
• Strength Gear (Intensity Control): Located on the side, rotate to adjust intensity levels.
• Lock/Unlock Button: Located on the side, press to lock or unlock the screen.
• A/B Channel Output Ports: Located on top, for connecting lead wires.
• Type-C Charging Port: Located on the bottom, for charging the device.

4.2 Power On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the Power Button/Mode Setting Button for a few seconds until the screen illuminates.
• To power off: Press and hold the Power Button/Mode Setting Button for a few seconds until the screen turns off.

4.3 Selecting a Mode

After powering on, short press the Power Button/Mode Setting Button to cycle through the 6 available modes. The current mode number will be displayed on the screen.

4.4 Adjusting Intensity

Rotate the Strength Gear (intensity control) on the side of the device to increase or decrease the intensity. There are 20 adjustable levels (0% to 100%). Start at the lowest setting and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation. Avoid increasing the intensity to an uncomfortable level.

4.5 Using Dual Channels (A/B)

The device features two independent channels (A and B). This allows you to apply different modes or intensity levels to two separate body areas simultaneously. Connect one pair of pads to Channel A and another pair to Channel B. The device will deliver stimulation to both channels based on the selected mode and intensity.

4.6 Memory Function and Session Timer

The device has a memory function that saves your last used mode and intensity settings. Each session is set to a default duration of 20 minutes. The timer will count down on the screen. After 20 minutes, the device will automatically turn off.

4.7 Screen Lock Function

To prevent accidental changes to settings during a session, press the Lock/Unlock Button on the side of the device. A lock icon will appear on the screen. To unlock, press the button again.

• If the pads lose their stickiness, gently wipe the adhesive surface with a damp cloth and let air dry. Do not use soap or harsh chemicals.
• Replace pads when they no longer adhere well to the skin, as poor adhesion can reduce effectiveness and cause skin irritation.
