3. Setup and Preparation
3.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the TENS unit. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the device's Type-C charging port and a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). - Peel the electrode pads from their protective film. Retain the film for storage.
- Snap the lead wires onto the electrode pads. Each lead wire has two connectors, allowing for two pads per channel.
- Plug the lead wires into the A/B channel output ports on the top of the TENS unit.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Device Controls Overview

- Power Button/Mode Setting Button: Located on the side, press and hold to power on/off. Short press to cycle through modes.

Rotate the Strength Gear (intensity control) on the side of the device to increase or decrease the intensity. There are 20 adjustable levels (0% to 100%). Start at the lowest setting and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation. Avoid increasing the intensity to an uncomfortable level.

Connect one pair of pads to Channel A and another pair to Channel B. The device will deliver stimulation to both channels based on the selected mode and intensity.

4.6 Memory Function and Session Timer
The device has a memory function that saves your last used mode and intensity settings. Each session is set to a default duration of 20 minutes. The timer will count down on the screen. After 20 minutes, the device will automatically turn off.
