Setup Guide
Follow these steps to properly set up your Dogtra 1900X E-Collar system.
- Unboxing and Inspection: Carefully unpack all components. The box includes the remote transmitter, receiver collar, USB-C chargers, and instruction manuals. Ensure all items are present and undamaged.
- Charging the Units: Use the provided USB-C chargers to fully charge both the remote transmitter and the receiver collar before first use. The charger is designed to charge both units simultaneously.
- Attaching the Collar Strap: Insert the collar strap through the receiver unit. Ensure the strap is threaded correctly according to the arrow direction on the receiver. The receiver should be held steady without shaking once attached.
- Fitting the Collar: The collar strap is fully adjustable. When fitting the receiver collar on your dog, ensure it is snug enough for the contact points to firmly press against the dog's skin. You should be able to fit two fingers underneath the collar strap. The best location for the receiver is on either side of the dog's windpipe.
- Turning On/Off:
- Transmitter: Hold the side button on the left for a few seconds until the LCD screen illuminates.

- Stimulation Levels: The remote features 100 stimulation levels, adjustable via the rheostat dial at the top. Rotate the dial to increase or decrease the intensity.
- Stimulation Level Safety Lock: To prevent accidental changes to the stimulation level, press the switch at the top of the rheostat dial for more than two seconds to lock it. A lock icon will appear on the LCD screen. To release, press the switch again for more than two seconds.
- Vibration (Pager) Mode: The pager button activates a vibration on the collar, providing a non-stimulus warning or command.
- Tone Mode: The tone button emits an audible sound from the collar, useful for recall or attention.
