Setup Guide
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status.

Maintenance and Care
Cleaning
Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Remove eartips and clean them with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
Water Resistance (IPX8)
The TOZO NC9 earbuds are IPX8 waterproof, meaning they can withstand submersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain. However, the charging case is not waterproof. Do not expose the charging case to water.
Storage
Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and ensure they remain charged.
Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try re-pairing.
- No sound from one earbud: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. This often re-syncs them.
- Poor sound quality: Ensure eartips provide a good seal. Clean any debris from the earbud nozzles. Check audio source quality.
- Charging issues: Verify the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.
