Product Overview
The AZDOME M17 Pro Dashcam features a compact design with a 3-inch IPS screen. It records in 2K (front) and 1080P (rear) simultaneously, or 3K (front only). Key features include a 170° wide-angle lens, F1.8 aperture, WDR night vision, ADAS, voice control, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Setup and Installation
1. Prepare the SD Card
The included 64GB SD card must be formatted before first use. Insert the SD card into the dashcam and format it via the dashcam's settings menu or using the AZDOME app.
2. Mount the Front Dashcam
Choose a suitable location on your windshield, preferably behind the rearview mirror, to avoid obstructing your view. Clean the area thoroughly. Apply an electrostatic sticker first, then attach the mounting bracket to the sticker. The dashcam can then be slid onto the bracket.

3. Install the Rear Camera
Mount the rear camera on your rear windshield. Route the cable from the rear camera to the front dashcam. For optimal functionality, connect the rear camera's red wire to your car's reverse light positive terminal for reverse assistance (optional).
4. Power Connection
Connect the Type-C power cable to the dashcam and the dual-USB car charger. Plug the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. Ensure the cable is neatly tucked away using the provided cable clips and pry tool.

Operating Instructions
Basic Operation
- Power On/Off: The dashcam will automatically power on and start recording when your vehicle starts, and power off when the engine is turned off.
- Recording Modes:
- Loop Recording: Records continuously, overwriting the oldest files when the SD card is full. Adjustable to 1, 3, or 5-minute segments.
- G-Sensor: Automatically locks the current video file upon detecting a collision or sudden movement to prevent overwriting.
- Parking Monitor: Requires a hardwire kit (ASIN: B0BHN8SS4D, sold separately). Activates recording when motion or impact is detected while parked.

Advanced Features
- Wi-Fi Connectivity & App Control: Connect your smartphone to the dashcam via Wi-Fi using the "AZDOME" app (available on iOS and Android). This allows for live view, video playback, downloading, and sharing. The effective Wi-Fi range is approximately 25 feet.
- ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems): The dashcam is equipped with ADAS features, including Lane Departure Warning (LDW), to enhance driving safety by providing alerts for potential hazards.
- Voice Control: Control the dashcam hands-free with English voice commands such as "take picture," "lock the video," "turn on WiFi," and "turn off recording."
- WDR and Super Night Vision: Equipped with an F1.8 large aperture and 6-layer optical lens, combined with WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology, the dashcam captures clear footage even in low-light conditions.

Maintenance
- SD Card Maintenance: Regularly format the SD card (at least once a month) to prevent data corruption and ensure smooth recording. Replace the SD card if you notice recording errors or degraded performance.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the dashcam lens and screen. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Firmware Updates: Check the AZDOME official website or app for available firmware updates to ensure your dashcam has the latest features and bug fixes.
