Setup
1. Inserting Batteries
- Twist and remove the bottom cap of the grinder to access the battery compartment.
- Insert 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Replace the bottom cap by twisting it back into place until secure.
2. Filling with Spices
- Hold the grinder firmly and twist the upper stainless steel body counter-clockwise to separate it from the transparent spice chamber.
- Fill the transparent chamber with your desired dry salt crystals or peppercorns. Do not overfill.
- Align the upper body with the spice chamber and twist clockwise until it clicks securely into place.

Operating Instructions
1. Grinding Spices
- Remove the aroma-tight lid from the bottom of the grinder.
- Hold the grinder over your food or dish.
- Press and hold the control button on the side of the grinder to activate the grinding mechanism. The integrated LED light will illuminate during operation.
- Release the button to stop grinding.
- Replace the aroma-tight lid after use to maintain freshness and prevent spills.

2. Adjusting Coarseness
- Locate the coarseness adjustment dial at the very bottom of the grinder.
- Turn the dial clockwise for a finer grind.
- Turn the dial counter-clockwise for a coarser grind.
- Test the grind size on a plate before applying to food.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Ensure the grinder is switched off and batteries are removed before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the grinder with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- The spice chamber can be detached and cleaned with warm, soapy water. Ensure it is completely dry before reassembling.
- Do not wash the main body with the motor in a dishwasher or immerse it in water.
- Use a small brush to clean any spice residue from the grinding mechanism.
Storage
Store the grinder in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. If storing for an extended period, it is recommended to remove the batteries.
