This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of both components.

3. Important Safety Information

3.1. Tire Inflator Safety

  • Do not leave the inflator unattended while in operation.
  • Do not operate the inflator near flammable liquids or gases.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Avoid over-inflating. Always check the recommended pressure for your tires or inflatable items.
  • Allow the inflator to cool down after extended use to prevent overheating.
  • Do not expose the inflator to rain or wet conditions.
  • Ensure the air hose and connectors are securely attached before starting inflation.

3.2. Car Phone Mount Safety

  • Ensure the mount is securely attached to the air vent before placing a phone.
  • Do not obstruct your view of the road or vehicle controls.
  • Adjust the phone mount only when the vehicle is stationary.
  • Avoid placing the mount in a position where it could interfere with airbag deployment.

4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Tire Inflator

The portable tire inflator is powered by a 7500 mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Fully charge the device before first use.

  1. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the inflator's charging port.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a suitable USB power adapter (not included) or a 12V DC car power outlet using the provided car power cable.
  3. The display will indicate charging status. A full charge allows for approximately 28 minutes of continuous operation, sufficient to inflate up to 4 car tires (0-36 PSI).

4.2. Installing the Car Phone Mount

  1. Identify a suitable air vent in your vehicle that does not obstruct your driving view or vehicle controls.
  2. Gently push the two vent clips on the back of the phone mount onto the air vent louver until it is securely attached. The dual-clip design provides enhanced stability.
  3. Ensure the mount is firm and does not wobble before placing your phone.

5. Operating the Portable Tire Inflator

5.1. Understanding the Display and Controls

The inflator features a digital display and intuitive buttons for operation:

  • Power Button: Press and hold to turn the device on/off. Press briefly to start/stop inflation.
  • Unit Button: Cycles through pressure units (PSI, BAR, KPA, Kg/cm²).
  • Mode Button: Selects preset inflation modes (Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Ball) or custom mode.
  • '+' / '-' Buttons: Adjusts the target pressure value in selected mode.
  • Light Button: Activates the built-in LED light for illumination in low-light conditions.

5.2. Inflation Procedure (Cordless Mode)

  1. Power on the inflator by pressing and holding the Power button.
  2. Press the Mode button to select the appropriate preset (Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Ball) or use the '+' / '-' buttons to set your desired pressure manually.
  3. Connect the air hose to the inflator's air outlet.
  4. Attach the air hose's Schrader valve connector securely to the tire valve stem. For Presta valves, use the included adapter.
  5. The display will show the current tire pressure.
  6. Press the Power button briefly to start inflation. The inflator will automatically stop once the target pressure is reached.
  7. Disconnect the air hose from the tire valve and then from the inflator.

5.3. Inflation Procedure (12V DC Mode)

If the battery is low or for extended use, you can power the inflator directly from your car's 12V DC outlet.

  1. Ensure your car engine is running to avoid draining the car battery.
  2. Connect the 12V DC car power cable to the inflator's DC input port.
  3. Plug the other end of the 12V DC cable into your car's cigarette lighter socket.
  4. Follow steps 1-7 from the "Inflation Procedure (Cordless Mode)" section.

7. Maintenance

7.1. Tire Inflator

  • Keep the inflator clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
