4. Setup

4.1 Power Connection

  1. Connect the power adapter to the DC IN port on the back of the alarm clock.
  2. Plug the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
  3. The clock display will illuminate, and the time may automatically set.

4.2 Initial Time Setting

Upon initial power-up, the clock may automatically synchronize its time. If manual adjustment is required:

  1. Press and hold the CLOCK SET button. The hour digits will flash.
  2. Use the TUNE+/- buttons to adjust the hour. Press CLOCK SET to confirm.
  3. Repeat for minutes, year, month, and day.
  4. To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format, press the CLOCK SET button during time setting until the option appears, then use TUNE+/- to select.

4.3 App Installation and Control

The iTOMA 207A can be controlled via a dedicated smartphone application, offering enhanced functionality and ease of use.

  1. Download the 'iTOMA' app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
  2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  3. Open the iTOMA app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair with your alarm clock radio.
  4. Once connected, you can control various settings such as time, alarms, radio, and display options directly from the app.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Alarm Settings (Dual Alarm)

The iTOMA 207A features two independent alarms (AL1 and AL2) with customizable settings.

  1. Press and hold the AL1 or AL2 button. The alarm time will flash.
  2. Use the TUNE+/- buttons to adjust the hour, then press the alarm button again to confirm.
  3. Repeat for minutes.
  4. Select the alarm source (FM Radio or Buzzer) using TUNE+/-, then confirm.
  5. Choose the alarm volume (1-16) and confirm.
  6. Select the alarm week mode: 1-1 (Single Day), 1-5 (Weekdays), 1-7 (Every Day), or 6-7 (Weekends).
  7. To activate/deactivate an alarm, press the corresponding AL1 or AL2 button briefly. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.

5.2 FM Radio Operation

  1. Press the FM ON/OFF button to turn the radio on.
  2. Use the TUNE+/- buttons to manually tune to a desired frequency (87.5-108 MHz). Press and hold for auto-scan.
  3. To save a station: While listening to a station, press and hold the FM MEM button. Use TUNE+/- to select a preset number (up to 20), then press FM MEM again to save.
  4. To recall a saved station: Briefly press the FM MEM button, then use TUNE+/- to cycle through presets.
  5. Sleep Timer: While the radio is on, press the SLEEP button repeatedly to set a sleep timer (10-90 minutes). The radio will turn off automatically after the set time.

5.3 Wireless Charging

The iTOMA 207A features a 15W wireless charging pad on its top surface.

  1. Place your Qi-compatible smartphone or device directly onto the wireless charging pad.
  2. Ensure the device is centered on the charging pad for optimal charging.
  3. A charging indicator will appear on your device's screen or the clock's display (if applicable) to confirm charging has begun.

5.4 USB-A and Type-C Charging Ports

Two additional charging ports are available on the rear of the unit for wired charging.

  1. Connect your device's charging cable to either the USB-A or Type-C port.
  2. Plug the other end of the cable into your smartphone, tablet, or other compatible device.
  3. The device will begin charging.

5.5 Display Dimmer and Night Light

Adjust the brightness of the LED display and control the integrated night light.

5.6 Bluetooth Connectivity

Connect your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled devices to stream audio.

  1. Press the BT PAIR button to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The Bluetooth icon on the display will flash.
  2. On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "iTOMA 207A" (or similar name).
  3. Once paired, the Bluetooth icon will stop flashing and remain solid. You can now play audio through the clock radio.

5.7 Snooze Function

When an alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE button on top of the unit to temporarily silence the alarm for 9 minutes. The alarm will sound again after the snooze period. This can be repeated multiple times.
