2.2 Charging the Camera

Before first use, fully charge the camera using the provided USB-C cable and a 5V adapter (not included). The camera features a durable internal battery for extended use.

2.3 App Installation and Connection

1. Download the App: Scan the QR code on the camera or in the manual to download the official app (e.g., Ubox). Alternatively, search for 'Ubox' in your device's app store.
2. Power On: Turn on your camera. Wait for the blue light to flash, indicating it's ready for connection.
3. Connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
4. Add Device: Open the app, register/log in, and click the '+' icon to add a new device. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network. This process typically takes less than 30 seconds.
5. Name Your Camera: Once connected, you can name your camera and assign it to a specific room or location within the app.

2.4 Mounting the Camera

The camera comes with a magnetic mounting stand for flexible placement. You can place it on any flat surface or use the included adhesive pads to attach it to walls or ceilings. Ensure the camera has a clear line of sight to the area you wish to monitor.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Live View and Recording

Once connected, access the live feed through the app. You can initiate real-time recording or set up continuous 24/7 recording. The camera's 4K resolution provides clear and detailed video.

3.2 Motion Detection

The integrated AI motion detection system sends instant alerts to your phone when movement is detected. This feature helps reduce false alarms and ensures you are notified of significant events without delay.

• App not displaying live view: Check your phone's internet connection and ensure the camera is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi. Restarting the app or camera may resolve the issue.
