3. Setup Guide

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Ticwatch Atlas. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the back of the watch and to a USB power source. The watch will display a charging indicator.

3.2 Pairing with Your Smartphone

  1. Ensure your smartphone is running Android 8.0 or later.
  2. Download and install the Mobvoi Health app from the Google Play Store.
  3. Open the Mobvoi Health app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your Ticwatch Atlas.
  4. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and grant necessary permissions to the app.
  5. Select your Ticwatch Atlas from the list of available devices in the app to complete the pairing process.

3.3 Customizing Watch Faces

Personalize your watch by selecting from a wide variety of watch faces available on Google Play or through the Mobvoi Health app. The dual display offers vibrant backlight options.

4.4 Safety Features

  • Fall Detection & Emergency SOS: Advanced motion sensors detect falls and can automatically trigger an SOS call to emergency services or a pre-set contact, sharing your location.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning Your Smartwatch

Regularly clean your Ticwatch Atlas to maintain its appearance and functionality. Use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5.2 Water Resistance

The Ticwatch Atlas has a 5ATM water-resistant rating, suitable for swimming in shallow fresh water, handwashing, and sweating. It is not suitable for bathing, showering, scuba diving, water skiing, or high-speed water activities.

5.3 Battery Care

The 628mAh battery provides up to 90 hours in Smart Mode and up to 45 days in Essential Mode. Fast charge technology allows for 2 days of usage with a 30-minute charge. To prolong battery life, avoid extreme temperatures and fully discharging the battery frequently.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Connectivity Issues

  • Watch not connecting to phone: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. Restart both the watch and the phone. Check if the Mobvoi Health app is running and has necessary permissions.
  • GPS not tracking accurately: Ensure you are in an open area with a clear view of the sky. Allow the watch sufficient time to acquire a GPS signal.

6.2 Performance Issues

  • Slow performance/lag: Close unnecessary apps running in the background on the watch. Restart the watch. Ensure the watch software is up to date.

6.3 Battery Drain

  • Rapid battery depletion: Reduce screen brightness. Limit continuous heart rate monitoring or GPS usage if not needed. Disable 'Always-on display' if enabled. Check for apps consuming excessive power.
