3. Setup

3.1 Power Connection

Connect the power adapter to the device's power input port, typically located on the side. Plug the adapter into a standard 110V wall outlet.

3.2 Adjusting Angles

The foot massager offers three adjustable angles (flat, 30°, and 50°) to accommodate various usage preferences and target different areas of the legs and feet. To adjust, locate the support leg on the underside of the device and extend or retract it to the desired position until it locks securely.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Control Panel and Remote Control

The device can be operated using the integrated control panel on the unit or the included remote control. Both offer identical functions for power, heat, vibration speed, mode selection, and timer settings.

4.2 Power On/Off

Press the Power button on the control panel or remote to turn the device on or off. The device will typically start with default settings.

4.3 Vibration Settings

The massager offers 30 levels of high-frequency vibration. Use the Speed +/- buttons to increase or decrease the vibration intensity. Higher levels provide a more intense massage.

4.4 Heat Function

Activate the heat function by pressing the Heat button. There are two warmth levels available (122-131°F). Press the button repeatedly to cycle through the heat levels or turn the heat off. The heat function is designed to improve circulation and ease fatigue.

4.5 Massage Modes

Press the Mode button to cycle through different vibration patterns. These modes include a standard continuous vibration, a pulsing pattern, and a pattern that ramps up and down in intensity.

4.6 Timer Settings

The device includes a timer function with 5 levels, allowing sessions from 10 to 30 minutes. Press the Timer button to select your desired duration. The device will automatically shut off once the timer expires.

4.7 Usage Positions

  • Seated Foot Massage: Place your bare feet or feet in socks directly on the textured footpads while seated. Adjust the angle for optimal comfort.

  • Under-Desk Footrest: Use the 30° angled design to elevate your feet under a desk, improving posture and reducing hip/leg pressure.

  • Calf Massage: Tilt the device forward to the 50° angle and rest your calves along the vibrating plates for a calf massage.
  • Standing Full-Body Vibration: Place the device flat on the floor and stand directly on the footpads. This allows the vibration to travel through your entire body, providing a full-body relaxation experience.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Before cleaning, ensure the device is unplugged. Wipe the surface of the massager with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.

5.2 Storage

Store the massager in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the power cord is not tightly wrapped around the device to prevent damage.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Device not turning on: Check if the power adapter is securely plugged into both the device and the wall outlet. Ensure the outlet is functional.
  • No vibration: Verify that the device is powered on and the vibration intensity is set above level 0. Cycle through the modes to see if vibration resumes.
  • No heat: Ensure the heat function is activated. Allow a few minutes for the heating elements to warm up.
  • Unusual noise: If the device makes unusual noises, turn it off immediately and unplug it. Contact customer support if the issue persists.
