1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

  • Do not disassemble or modify the product.
  • Keep the earbuds and charging case away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and moisture.

3. Getting Started (Setup)

3.1 Initial Charging

  1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
  2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, computer USB port).
  3. The LED indicator on the charging case will show charging status. A full charge typically takes about 1 hour.
  4. The charging case has a 300mAh battery capacity, providing multiple charges for the earbuds.

3.2 Bluetooth Pairing

The SANSUI W6 earbuds feature Bluetooth 5.4 for enhanced connectivity and low latency.

  1. Ensure the earbuds are charged and inside the charging case.
  2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED on the earbuds.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
  4. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "SANSUI W6" from the list.
  5. Once connected, the earbud LEDs will stop flashing, and you will hear a confirmation tone.
  6. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

4.1 Wearing the Earbuds

  1. Identify the left (L) and right (R) earbuds.
  2. Gently insert each earbud into your ear canal, twisting slightly to find a secure and comfortable position.
  3. Ensure the earbud stem points downwards.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

  • Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
  • Remove any earwax or debris from the earbud mesh and charging contacts using a dry cotton swab or a small, soft brush.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.

5.2 Water Resistance (IPX7)

The SANSUI W6 earbuds are IPX7 water-resistant, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain, but they are not recommended for swimming or showering.

  • Ensure the earbuds are completely dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage to the charging contacts.
  • The charging case is not water-resistant.

5.3 Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store the case in a cool, dry place.
