The RLQA Smart Watch (Model RL54) is a versatile 1.83-inch HD fitness tracker designed for both men and women. 2. Setup Guide
2.1. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge your RLQA Smart Watch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a standard USB power adapter (not included). A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours and provides 7-15 days of use or up to 30 days of standby time.

2.2. App Installation and Pairing
To unlock the full potential of your smart watch, download the "Da Fit" app on your smartphone. The app is compatible with Android 5.0 and iOS 9.0 or later.
- Download the App: Search for "Da Fit" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and install it.
- Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Open App and Add Device: Launch the "Da Fit" app, navigate to the device section, and click "Add Device".
- Select Your Watch: From the list of available devices, select "UP-54" to connect.
- Confirm Pairing: A Bluetooth pairing request will appear on your phone. Confirm by selecting "Pair".
- Allow Notifications: Grant necessary permissions for the app to receive notifications from your phone. This ensures messages and calls are displayed on your watch.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Navigating the Interface
The RLQA Smart Watch features a 1.83-inch ultra-HD full-touch color screen. Swipe left/right, up/down, and tap to navigate through menus and select functions. The side button typically serves as a home/back button or to wake the screen.

3.2. Bluetooth Call & Message Notifications
Once paired, your watch can handle calls and display messages. You can answer/make calls directly from the watch and receive notifications from various social media applications. Vibration intensity for notifications can be adjusted in the app.

3.3. Health Monitoring (24/7)
The watch continuously tracks your heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), and sleep patterns. Access these metrics through the watch interface or the "Da Fit" app for detailed historical data and insights.

4. Maintenance and Care
4.1. Cleaning Your Smart Watch
Regularly clean your watch to ensure optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the screen and body. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents.
4.2. Water Resistance (IP68)
The RLQA Smart Watch has an IP68 waterproof and dustproof rating. This means it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily activities like washing hands, sweating, and rain. However, it is not recommended for hot showers, saunas, or diving, as steam and hot water can compromise the seals.
Important: Do not press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water.
4.3. Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the watch frequently. Charge it when the battery level is low. Store the watch in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
