1. Introduction

The Belkin BoostCharge 10K Power Bank is a portable charging solution designed to provide fast and convenient power for your mobile devices. Featuring an integrated USB-C cable and an additional USB-C port, it allows for simultaneous charging of two devices. Its compact design makes it ideal for on-the-go use, ensuring your smartphones and tablets remain powered throughout the day.

2. Setup

2.1 Initial Charge

The Belkin BoostCharge 10K Power Bank comes pre-charged and ready for immediate use. For optimal performance and to ensure full capacity, it is recommended to fully charge the power bank before its first extended use.

• Connect the integrated USB-C cable or a separate USB-C cable to the power bank's input port.
• Plug the other end of the cable into a compatible USB-C wall charger (not included).
• The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging progress. All four LEDs will be solid white when fully charged.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Charging Your Devices

To charge a device using the Belkin BoostCharge 10K Power Bank:

• For devices with a USB-C port, use the integrated USB-C cable. Pull the cable gently from its storage slot and plug it into your device's USB-C charging port.
• Alternatively, for devices requiring a separate cable (e.g., USB-C to Lightning for older iPhones), connect your device's charging cable to the power bank's secondary USB-C output port.
• Charging will begin automatically. The LED indicators on the power bank will show its remaining charge level.

3.2 Simultaneous Charging

The power bank supports charging two devices concurrently:

• Connect one device using the integrated USB-C cable.
• Connect a second device to the additional USB-C port using a compatible charging cable.
• The power bank will distribute a total shared output of 15W between the two connected devices.

3.3 Pass-Through Charging

You can charge the power bank itself while it is simultaneously charging another device:

• Plug the power bank into a wall charger using its integrated USB-C cable or the USB-C input port.
• Connect your device to the power bank's available output port (either the integrated cable or the secondary USB-C port).
• Both the power bank and your device will charge.

3.4 LED Indicator Status

The four LED lights on the power bank indicate the remaining battery charge and charging status:

• Four Solid LEDs: 75-100% charged.
• Three Solid LEDs: 50-75% charged.
• Two Solid LEDs: 25-50% charged.
• One Solid LED: 0-25% charged.
• Flashing LED: Indicates the power bank is currently charging. The last solid LED will flash until the next charge level is reached.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

To maintain the power bank's appearance and functionality:

• Wipe the surface with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
• Do not immerse the power bank in water or any other liquid.

4.2 Storage

When not in use for extended periods:

• Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• It is recommended to charge the power bank at least once every three months to maintain battery health.
