Setup and First Use
Before first use, remove all packaging materials and labels. Wash each piece of cookware in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe off any excess oil. Your cookware is now ready for use.
Operating Instructions
Heat Management
GreenPan Dover cookware is designed for efficient heat distribution. Use low to medium heat settings for most cooking tasks. High heat should only be used for boiling liquids or searing, and only for short periods. Overheating can damage the nonstick coating over time.
The heavy-duty aluminum construction ensures quick and even heating. The ergonomic, stay-cool handles provide a comfortable and secure grip during cooking.

Your cookware is oven safe up to 350°F and safe for all stovetops, except induction.

Cooking Tips
- Always use a small amount of oil or butter to optimize nonstick performance and flavor.
- Avoid using metal utensils, as they can scratch the nonstick surface. Use the included silicone utensils or other non-metal alternatives.
- The handy pouring rims make transferring food from pan to plate easy and mess-free.
- The durable glass lids allow you to monitor your cooking without lifting the lid, keeping heat and moisture locked in.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of your cookware. Allow the pan to cool completely before washing to prevent thermal shock, which can damage the nonstick coating. Use warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth. For stubborn food residues, soak the pan in warm, soapy water for a few minutes before cleaning.
Your GreenPan Dover cookware is also dishwasher safe for convenience. However, frequent dishwasher use may dull the exterior finish over time.

Storage
When storing your cookware, place a soft cloth or pan protector between stacked pans to prevent scratching the nonstick surface.
Troubleshooting
Food Sticking
- Ensure you are using a small amount of oil or butter.
- Avoid using excessively high heat, which can degrade the nonstick properties.
- Make sure the pan is clean and free of any residue from previous cooking.
Discoloration
- Discoloration can occur over time due to high heat or certain foods. This does not affect the performance of the nonstick coating.
- To minimize discoloration, avoid using aerosol cooking sprays, which can leave a residue that is difficult to remove.
Handles Getting Hot
- While designed to stay cool, handles can become hot if exposed directly to a flame or high heat for extended periods. Use oven mitts or pot holders if necessary.
