2. Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or future transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the drying trays and top cover in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Placement: Place the dehydrator on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Do not place it near heat sources or flammable materials.
- Assembly:
- Place the main unit on the chosen surface.
- Stack the desired number of drying trays onto the main unit. The trays are modular and can be expanded up to ten (additional trays sold separately).
- Place the top cover securely on the uppermost tray.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet (240 Volts).
5. Operating Instructions
Preparing Food for Dehydration
- Wash and thoroughly clean all food items.
- Cut food into uniform slices or pieces to ensure even drying. Thinner slices dry faster.
- Arrange food in a single layer on the drying trays, ensuring air can circulate freely around each piece. Do not overlap food.
Using the Control Panel
- Power On: Press the power button (⏻) to turn on the dehydrator. The LCD display will illuminate.
- Set Temperature: Press the "SET" button. The temperature display will flash. Use the "<" and ">" buttons to adjust the temperature between 35°C and 70°C. Press "SET" again to confirm.
- Set Timer: After setting the temperature, the timer display will flash. Use the "<" and ">" buttons to set the desired drying time, up to 72 hours. Press "SET" again to confirm.
- Start Dehydration: Once temperature and time are set, the dehydrator will begin operation automatically after a few seconds, or you can press the power button to start immediately.
- Monitoring: Periodically check the food's dryness. Drying times vary based on food type, thickness, and humidity.
- Completion: The dehydrator will automatically shut off once the set timer expires.
- Overheating Protection: The device is equipped with an overheating protection system that will automatically shut down the unit if it detects excessive temperatures, ensuring safety.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
- Unplug: Always unplug the dehydrator from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Cool Down: Allow the appliance to cool completely before handling any parts.
- Trays and Cover: Wash the drying trays and top cover in warm, soapy water. They can also be placed on the top rack of a dishwasher. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling or storing.
- Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers. Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Store the assembled dehydrator in a clean, dry place when not in use.
