1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation of the SBPKMARSCT TBK-808 Vacuum Laminating Machine. This advanced machine is designed for LCD screen repair, offering automatic locking, vacuum lamination, and bubble removal capabilities without the need for external air compressors or vacuum pumps. It is engineered to achieve 100% bubble-free results in a single process.

2. Safety Information

Always read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operating the machine. Failure to do so may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Ensure the machine is connected to a grounded power outlet with the correct voltage (AC 110V).

4. Setup

1. Unpack the TBK-808 machine carefully from its packaging.
2. Place the machine on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
3. Connect the power cord to the machine's power input port.
4. Plug the power cord into a grounded AC 110V power outlet.
5. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before plugging in.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for optimal lamination and bubble removal results:

1. Initial Settings: Set the vacuum time to 15 seconds, laminating time to 35 seconds, bubble removal time to 3 minutes, and temperature to 40℃. These are recommended starting points and may be adjusted based on specific material requirements.
2. Pre-heating: Press the "automatic" button to start the pre-heating process. Allow the machine to reach the set temperature.
3. Prepare for Lamination: Open the laminating door.
4. Prepare LCD Assembly: Tear off the protective film from the LCD and place it inside the appropriate mold.
5. Position Glass: Place the glass with its frame onto the LCD.
6. Align LCD: Click the center of the LCD when it is in the correct position within the mold.
7. Apply Laminating Mold: Place the laminating mold onto the LCD assembly.
8. Prevent Damage: Carefully handle the LCD corners to prevent breakage during placement.
9. Insert into Chamber: Place the glass assembly inside the laminating zone of the machine.
10. Start Process: Close the lid and press the "start" button. The machine will automatically evacuate, laminate, and remove bubbles.
11. Completion: After the set bubble removal time has elapsed, the machine will automatically exhaust the pressure.
12. Retrieve Screen: Open the lid and carefully remove the laminated screen. The process is now complete.

• Cleaning: Regularly wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure the machine is unplugged and cool before cleaning.
• Chamber Cleaning: Periodically inspect the laminating chamber for any debris or adhesive residue. Clean gently with a non-abrasive cleaner if necessary.
• Seal Inspection: Check the rubber seals around the laminating chamber for wear or damage. Damaged seals can affect vacuum performance. Replace if necessary.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the machine in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
