Setup Guide
1. Battery Installation
The pedometer uses an AG13 Button Battery. To install or replace the battery:
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the device.
- Carefully open the compartment cover.
- Insert the AG13 button battery with the correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Initial Settings (Time, Stride Length, Weight)
To ensure accurate tracking, set up the pedometer with your personal information:
- Set Current Time:
- Long press the SET button to enter setting mode.
- Use the RESET button to toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour clock formats.
- Press SET to confirm your selection and move to setting hours.
- Use RESET to adjust the hours. Long press RESET to quickly advance.
- Press SET to confirm hours and move to setting minutes.
- Use RESET to adjust the minutes. Long press RESET to quickly advance.
- Press SET to confirm minutes and proceed to the next setting.
- Set Stride Length:
- The display will show "CM" or "IN". Use RESET to select your preferred unit (centimeters or inches).
- Press SET to confirm.
- Use RESET to adjust your stride length. Imperial range: 12-60 inches (1-inch interval). Metric range: 30-150 cm (2-cm interval).
- Press SET to confirm.
- Set Your Weight:
- The display will show "KG" or "LB". Use RESET to select your preferred unit (kilograms or pounds).
- Press SET to confirm.
- Use RESET to adjust your weight.
- Press SET to confirm and exit setup mode.

Operating Instructions
Wearing the Pedometer
For optimal accuracy, it is recommended to clip the pedometer onto your waistband, ensuring the bottom of the device is straight to the ground. It can also be worn in a pocket or bag, or clipped onto shoes, but accuracy may vary.

Viewing Data
Press the M (Mode) button to cycle through the different tracking displays:
- STEP: Displays the total number of steps taken.
- DIST: Shows the distance traveled in Kilometers or Miles.
- KCAL: Indicates the calories burned.
- TIME: Displays the current time.
Resetting Data
To clear all recorded data (steps, distance, calories) and reset to zero, long press the RESET button.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the pedometer with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Battery Life: The pedometer uses an AG13 button battery. Replace the battery when the display becomes dim or the device stops functioning.
