3. Setup
Before first use, fully charge both TENS units using the provided dual-head charging cable. Ensure your skin is clean and dry before applying the electrode pads for optimal adhesion and conductivity.
- Charge the Units: Connect the dual-head USB-C cable to both TENS units and a power source. Charge until the indicator light shows full charge.
- Prepare Skin: Clean the area of skin where you intend to apply the electrode pads. Ensure it is free of oils, lotions, and sweat.
- Attach Pads to Units: The electrode pads connect magnetically to the TENS units. Align the metal contacts on the unit with the corresponding points on the pad and snap them together.
- Apply to Skin: Carefully peel the protective film from the electrode pad. Apply the pad firmly to the desired painful area on your body. Ensure good contact with the skin.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Using with Remote Control
The remote control offers full access to all 30 modes and 20 intensity levels, along with timer settings.
- Turn On: Ensure the TENS unit(s) are attached to your skin. Short press the power button on each TENS unit to turn them on. Then, turn on the remote control.
- Select Mode: Press the "M" button on the remote control to cycle through the 30 available modes. The selected mode will be displayed on the remote's screen.
- Adjust Intensity: Use the "+" and "-" buttons to increase or decrease the impulse intensity. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation.
- Set Timer: Long press the "T/min" button to adjust the treatment time from 10 to 60 minutes.
- Stop: Press the "STOP" button on the remote for a one-click stop function.

4.2. Using without Remote Control (Button Control)
For quick and convenient use, the TENS unit can be operated directly via its physical buttons. Note that only 5 modes are available in this control method, with a fixed 30-minute timer.
- Turn On: Ensure the TENS unit(s) are attached to your skin. Short press the power button on the unit to turn it on.
- Select Mode: Short press the "M" button on the unit to cycle through the 5 available modes.
- Adjust Intensity: Use the "+" and "-" buttons on the unit to adjust the intensity.
- Fixed Timer: The treatment time is automatically set to 30 minutes.
- Stop: Short press the power button again to turn off the unit.

5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and effectiveness of your TENS unit and electrode pads.
- Cleaning Electrode Pads: When the electrode pads lose adhesion, rinse them with water and gently scrape off any surface residue. Allow them to air-dry completely. This process can renew adhesion, enabling reuse for 60+ cycles.
- Storage: After each use, reattach the protective film to the electrode pads. Store the TENS units, remote, and pads in the provided microfiber pouch to keep them clean and protected.
- Battery Care: Recharge the units as needed. Avoid fully depleting the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan.

- No Sensation/Weak Sensation:
- Ensure units are fully charged.
- Check that electrode pads are firmly attached to the skin and units.
- Increase intensity level gradually.

- Remote Not Responding:
