3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Battery

  1. Ensure the battery is securely inserted into the charger.
  2. Plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet.
  3. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status. Charge until fully indicated.
  4. Disconnect the charger from the outlet and remove the battery once charging is complete.

3.2 Installing/Removing Battery

  1. To install: Align the battery with the base of the drill and slide it in until it clicks into place.
  2. To remove: Press the release button on the battery and slide it out from the drill.

3.3 Installing/Removing Drill Bits

  1. Rotate the chuck counter-clockwise to open the jaws.
  2. Insert the desired drill bit or screwdriver bit into the chuck.
  3. Rotate the chuck clockwise to tighten the jaws securely around the bit.
  4. To remove: Rotate the chuck counter-clockwise to loosen and pull out the bit.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off and Variable Speed

  • To turn on, press the variable speed switch. The speed increases with more pressure.
  • To turn off, release the variable speed switch.
  • The integrated LED light illuminates the work area when the trigger is pressed.

4.2 Forward/Reverse Switch

  • Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (drilling/driving screws in).
  • Push the switch to the right for reverse rotation (removing screws).
  • Ensure the switch is in the center position to lock the trigger and prevent accidental startup.

4.3 Speed Settings (0-400 RPM / 0-1500 RPM)

The drill features two-speed settings for different applications:

  • Low Speed (0-400 RPM): Ideal for driving screws and working with softer materials where more torque and less speed are required.
  • High Speed (0-1500 RPM): Suitable for drilling into harder materials like wood or metal, requiring higher rotational speed.

4.4 Torque Adjustment (21+1 Settings)

The torque collar allows you to adjust the amount of rotational force applied by the drill. This prevents over-tightening screws and damaging materials.

  1. Rotate the torque collar to select the desired setting from 1 to 21. Lower numbers are for smaller screws and softer materials, higher numbers for larger screws and harder materials.
  2. The drill icon setting is for drilling applications, providing maximum torque without clutch engagement.

4.5 Applications

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

  • Keep the ventilation slots of the power tool clean to prevent overheating.
  • Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior of the tool. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Regularly clean the chuck jaws to ensure proper grip on bits.

5.2 Storage

  • Store the drill and accessories in a dry, secure place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Ensure batteries are fully charged before long-term storage and recharge them periodically (every 3-6 months) to maintain battery health.

6. Troubleshooting
