Product Overview and Features

The Nitecore MH40 PRO is a high-performance flashlight designed for long-range illumination, featuring a UHi 40 MAX LED and advanced optical system. It is suitable for various activities including search, patrolling, caving, and search and rescue operations.

Setup

1. Battery Installation and Charging

The MH40 PRO comes with a NITECORE NBP100R rechargeable Li-ion battery pack. This battery pack fits snugly inside the flashlight and can also serve as an emergency power supply.

  1. Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight.
  2. Insert the NBP100R battery pack with the positive (+) terminal facing towards the head of the flashlight.
  3. Screw the tail cap back on securely.
  4. To charge, connect the USB-C charging cable to the port on the battery pack (accessible when removed from the flashlight) or directly to the flashlight's charging port if available (information suggests battery pack has the port). Connect the other end to a USB power source.
  5. The power indicator beneath the mode button will flash to show charging status.

The MH40 PRO can also be powered by two 21700 batteries (not included) as an alternative power supply.

2. Wireless Remote Switch Setup

The included wireless remote switch provides convenient control of the flashlight. It can be attached using various methods:

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Nitecore MH40 PRO, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

Remote switch not responding.Battery in remote switch low (if applicable), out of range, interference.Check remote switch battery. Ensure remote switch is within effective range of the flashlight. Try moving away from sources of interference.
