1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the iClever DK05 Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse Combo. This versatile and compact set is designed to enhance your productivity across multiple devices with seamless connectivity and comfortable typing. This manual provides detailed instructions for setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure you get the most out of your new peripheral set.

2. What's in the Box

• 1 x USB Receiver (pre-stored in mouse compartment)

3. Setup and Connection

3.1 Charging the Devices

Both the keyboard and mouse feature built-in rechargeable batteries. Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge both devices.

• Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the keyboard (located on the side) and the mouse (located on the front).
• Plug the other end of the cable into a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
• The charging indicator light on the keyboard will be red while charging and turn green when fully charged. The mouse also has an indicator light.
• A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 6 months of continuous usage (based on 2 hours/day).

3.2 Connecting via 2.4GHz Wireless (USB Receiver)

The keyboard and mouse share a single 2.4GHz USB receiver for convenient plug-and-play connectivity.

1. Locate the USB receiver stored in the compartment on the bottom of the mouse.
2. Remove the USB receiver and plug it into an available USB port on your computer.
3. Turn on the keyboard and mouse using their respective ON/OFF switches.
4. For the keyboard, press Fn + Q to select the 2.4G channel. The 2.4G indicator light will illuminate.
5. The mouse will automatically connect to the 2.4G channel when the receiver is plugged in and the mouse is turned on.

3.3 Connecting via Bluetooth (Bluetooth 1 & Bluetooth 2)

The iClever DK05 supports two independent Bluetooth channels, allowing you to connect to up to two Bluetooth-enabled devices in addition to the 2.4GHz connection.

Pairing the Keyboard:

1. Turn on the keyboard using the ON/OFF switch.
2. Press Fn + W (for Bluetooth 1) or Fn + E (for Bluetooth 2) to select the desired Bluetooth channel. The corresponding indicator light will flash rapidly for 180 seconds, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone), go to Bluetooth settings and search for "iClever DK05 KB".
4. Select the keyboard from the list to pair. Once connected, the indicator light will turn off.

Pairing the Mouse:

1. Turn on the mouse using the ON/OFF switch on the bottom.
2. Press the "Connect" button on the bottom of the mouse to switch between Bluetooth 1 or Bluetooth 2 channels. The indicator lights (1 or 2) will flash.
3. Press and hold the "Connect" button for 5 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The selected channel indicator will flash rapidly.
4. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and search for "iClever Mouse".
5. Select the mouse from the list to pair. Once connected, the indicator light will turn off.

4. Operation

4.1 Switching Between Connected Devices

To switch between your connected devices (2.4G, Bluetooth 1, Bluetooth 2):

• Keyboard: Press Fn + Q for 2.4G, Fn + W for Bluetooth 1, or Fn + E for Bluetooth 2.
• Mouse: Press the "Connect" button on the bottom of the mouse to cycle through the 2.4G, Bluetooth 1, and Bluetooth 2 channels.

4.2 Keyboard Functions and Layout

The keyboard features a full-size layout with a numeric keypad and supports multiple operating systems.

• Compatibility: Compatible with Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, and Chrome OS.
• Function Keys: The F1-F12 keys have dual functions. Press Fn + Esc to toggle the Fn Lock function. When Fn Lock is enabled, F-keys perform their multimedia/shortcut functions directly. When disabled, you need to press Fn simultaneously with the F-key for the secondary function.
• Quiet Typing: The scissor-switch key design provides a comfortable and quiet typing experience, similar to a laptop keyboard.
• Ergonomic Design: The keyboard has a slight tilt for improved comfort during extended use.

4.3 Mouse Functions

• Adjustable DPI: The mouse offers 4 levels of adjustable DPI (800-1200-1600-2400) for precise control. Press the DPI switch button on top of the mouse to cycle through the settings.
• Silent Clicks: The mouse is designed for silent clicking, reducing noise in quiet environments.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the keyboard and mouse. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Silicone Keyboard Cover: The included silicone cover helps protect the keyboard from dust, debris, and spills. It can be removed and washed with mild soap and water, then air-dried before re-applying.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the devices frequently. Charge them when the low battery indicator appears. If storing for a long period, charge them to about 50% and turn them off.
• Storage: Store the keyboard and mouse in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Keyboard or Mouse Not Working

• Check Power: Ensure the device is turned ON. Slide the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position, then back to ON.
• Charge the Device: Ensure both the keyboard and mouse are sufficiently charged. Charge them for at least 2 hours.
• Restart Your Device: Restart your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
• Remove Connection Records: For Bluetooth connections, go to your device's Bluetooth settings, find "iClever DK05 KB" and "iClever Mouse", and remove/forget them. Then re-pair the devices following the instructions in Section 3.3.
• Refresh Bluetooth: Turn Bluetooth off and then on again on your device.
• Re-establish USB Receiver Connection: If using 2.4G, unplug the USB receiver and plug it back into a different USB port if possible.

6.2 Delay When Typing or Frequent Disconnections

• Restart Bluetooth Device: Restart the device you're connecting to.
• Reduce Distance: Move the iClever keyboard closer to your computer.
• Minimize Interference: Stay at least 8 inches away from potential interference sources such as speakers, microwaves, cordless phones, baby monitors, garage door openers, WiFi routers, and computer power supplies.
• Direct Connection: Ensure the product or USB receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, or switch, if possible.
• Check for Background Updates: Ensure no updates are running that could cause delays.
• Update Operating System: Make sure your OS is up to date.
• Test on Another App/Device: Try on a different application or device to isolate the issue.

6.3 Cannot Charge or Hold Charge

• Try a Different USB Port: Use an alternate USB port for charging.
• Check Adapter Voltage: Make sure the charger's voltage does not exceed 7V. If it does, the keyboard will stop charging.
• Check Charging Indicators: The indicator light will turn red when charging and green when fully charged.
• Use Direct Connection: Connect the charging cable directly to a USB port on your computer.
