Maintenance

Cleaning the Keyboard

To maintain optimal performance and appearance, regular cleaning is recommended.

  • Disconnect the keyboard from all power sources before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution to wipe the keycaps and chassis.
  • For dust and debris between keycaps, use compressed air or a small brush.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the keyboard's finish.

  4. Keycap Installation: Place the new keycap over the switch stem and press down until it is secure.

Troubleshooting

Keyboard Not Responding

  • Wired Mode: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
  • 2.4GHz Wireless Mode: Ensure the USB receiver is properly inserted and the keyboard is set to 2.4GHz mode (Fn + 4). Try re-pairing by unplugging and re-plugging the receiver.
  • Bluetooth Mode: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is paired to the correct channel (Fn + 1/2/3). Try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
  • Battery: Check if the keyboard battery is charged. Connect the USB-C cable to charge.

Double Key Presses or Unresponsive Keys

  • This can sometimes be caused by dust or debris under the switch. Try cleaning the affected switch area with compressed air.
  • If the issue persists, the switch itself might be faulty. As the keyboard is hot-swappable, try replacing the problematic switch with a new one.
  • Ensure the switch is fully seated in its socket.

RGB Backlight Not Working or Incorrect

  • Ensure the backlight is turned on and brightness is not set to minimum (Fn + ↑).
  • Cycle through different backlight modes using Fn + Enter.
  • Check battery level, as low battery might affect backlight performance.
