Setup Guide
Step 1: Powering On
- Connect the AC adaptors to the Parent Unit and Baby Units (Cameras).
- Plug the adaptors into a wall outlet.
- The Parent Unit will automatically power on.
Step 2: Positioning the Baby Units (Cameras)
- Place the Baby Units in a location that provides a clear view of your baby.
- Ensure the units are out of reach of children.
- For optimal performance, place the Baby Units at least 3 feet away from your baby.
- The cameras can be wall-mounted for a better vantage point.
Step 3: Initial Pairing (Units are pre-paired)
Your VTech Advanced HQ Max Twin Baby Monitor units are pre-paired for direct use. If pairing is lost or you add new cameras, refer to the troubleshooting section for re-pairing instructions.
Operating Instructions
7" True-Color HQ IPS LCD Screen
The 7-inch IPS LCD screen provides a clear, detailed view of your baby with enhanced color accuracy and wide viewing angles (178°).

Remote Pan, Tilt & Zoom
Use the directional controls on the Parent Unit to remotely pan the camera 360° for a panoramic view and tilt it up and down 122°. The 4X zoom allows for closer inspection.

Split-Screen Viewing
With two Baby Units, you can utilize the split-screen option to view both cameras simultaneously on the Parent Unit's display.

Adaptive Multi-Color Night Light
The built-in night light on the Baby Unit automatically adjusts its brightness based on ambient lighting. Control the night light and choose from 7 different colors directly from the Parent Unit.

Soothing Sounds and Lullabies
The monitor includes 5 calming melodies and 5 soft ambient sounds (e.g., trickling stream, white noise) to help soothe your baby.
Temperature Monitoring

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Wipe the monitor and camera surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use cleaning sprays or harsh chemicals.
Battery Care
- The Parent Unit has a 5000mAh rechargeable battery, providing up to 12 hours of continuous video streaming.
- Fully charge the battery before initial use.
- Avoid extreme temperatures for optimal battery life.

Troubleshooting
No Image/Sound
- Ensure both Parent Unit and Baby Units are powered on and connected to power.
- Check that the units are within range (up to 1,000 feet).
- Adjust volume settings on the Parent Unit.
Pairing Issues
- If units lose connection, try re-pairing by following instructions in the user guide (PDF link).
Motion/Sound Alerts
The monitor can provide alerts for motion and sound. Adjust sensitivity settings in the Parent Unit menu to prevent false alarms.
