Setup
1. Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the "Package Contents" section (refer to Figure 7 for a visual guide) are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not operate the appliance and contact customer support.
2. Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food. The stainless steel bowl and kneading paddles are dishwasher safe. Wipe the main unit (base body) with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
3. Assembly
- Place the Base Body on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure the anti-skid feet are securely gripping the surface.
- Place the 304SS Bowl onto the Base Body, aligning it correctly.
- Insert the desired paddle (Knead Paddle or Stuffing Blade) onto the central shaft inside the bowl. Ensure it is securely seated.
- Place the Bowl Lid onto the 304SS Bowl, aligning the lid's locking tabs with the slots on the bowl. Turn the Bowl Lid clockwise to lock it into place.
- Insert the Conical Lid into the opening on the Bowl Lid. This allows for easy addition of ingredients during operation.

Operating Instructions
1. Preparing Ingredients
Measure your ingredients accurately using the provided measuring cup and spoon, or your own kitchen scale. Ensure ingredients are at the recommended temperature for your recipe.
2. Adding Ingredients
Place all dry ingredients into the 304SS Bowl. You can add liquids and other ingredients through the Conical Lid opening during operation, or add them initially before starting.

3. Selecting Function and Time
The dough maker features a microcomputer control panel for easy operation.

- Knead/Mix: Press the "Knead/Mix" button to select the kneading function. Use the time adjustment buttons to set the desired kneading time, from 5 to 90 minutes. The machine will perform intermittent mixing to achieve optimal dough texture.
- Ferment: Press the "Ferment" button to select the fermentation function. Set the fermentation time from 5 to 120 minutes. The machine will maintain a constant temperature (90-108°F) to facilitate even rising.

4. Starting and Monitoring
Press the "Start/Pause" button to begin the selected program. The countdown timer will display the remaining time. You can pause the operation at any time by pressing the "Start/Pause" button again.
5. After Operation
Once the program is complete, the machine will stop automatically. Carefully unlock and remove the Bowl Lid. The dough is now ready for shaping and baking according to your recipe.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your dough maker.
- Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
- The 304SS Bowl, Knead Paddle, Stuffing Blade, Measuring Cup, Measuring Spoon, Bowl Lid, and Conical Lid are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
- Wipe the Base Body and Control Panel with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the Base Body in water or any other liquid.
