1. Introduction and Overview

The KERUI Wireless Loud Siren Host DLB03 is designed to enhance your home security alarm system by providing a powerful audible alert. This siren produces a loud 115dB sound to deter intruders and alert occupants. It is engineered for both indoor and outdoor use, featuring a waterproof design.

Important Note: This siren cannot function as a standalone alarm system. It must be integrated with existing KERUI sensors and/or a KERUI control panel. For proper operation, ensure that the same sensors are programmed to both the control panel (if used) and this siren. When an alarm is triggered by a programmed sensor, both devices will activate simultaneously.

5. Setup and Installation

5.1 Initial Power-Up

  1. Connect the provided power adapter to the siren's power input port.
  2. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
  3. Upon successful power-up, the siren will emit a "Bi" sound, indicating it is ready for operation or programming.

5.2 Physical Installation

The KERUI DLB03 siren features a tabletop mount design, but its weatherproof construction allows for outdoor placement.

6. Programming Sensors and Remotes

The siren is programmed by repeatedly plugging and unplugging its power adapter. An important tip for programming is to trigger the sensors within 6 seconds during the operation. If the 6-second window is missed, unplug and plug the siren back in to re-enter programming status.

Note: This siren cannot be programmed directly with a KERUI control panel as a standalone siren. If you are using a control panel, you must program the same sensors to both the control panel and this siren.

6.1 Programming a Remote Control

  1. Plug in the siren's power adapter.
  2. Unplug and plug the siren 3 times. The siren will emit a "Bi" sound.
  3. Within 6 seconds, press any button on the remote control you wish to program. The siren will emit another "Bi" sound to confirm successful programming.

6.2 Programming a Door/PIR Sensor

  1. Plug in the siren's power adapter.
  2. Unplug and plug the siren 5 times. The siren will emit a "Bi" sound.
  3. Within 6 seconds, trigger the door contact sensor (separate the two parts) or the PIR motion sensor (detect movement). The siren will emit another "Bi" sound to confirm successful programming.

6.3 Programming a Doorbell Button

  1. Plug in the siren's power adapter.
  2. Unplug and plug the siren 7 times. The siren will emit a "Bi" sound.
  3. Within 6 seconds, press the doorbell button. The siren will emit another "Bi" sound to confirm successful programming.

6.4 Restoring Factory Settings

  1. Plug in the siren's power adapter.
  2. Unplug and plug the siren 10 times. The siren will emit a longer "Bi" sound to confirm that all programmed accessories have been cleared and factory settings restored.

7. Operation

Once the siren and your KERUI sensors/remotes are successfully programmed, the system is ready for operation.

Note: A remote control is essential for controlling the siren's functions. Without a remote, the siren cannot be armed, disarmed, or used for emergency alerts.

9. Troubleshooting

Siren sounds for only a short period.Normal operation.The siren is designed to sound for approximately 2 minutes. Re-arm the system with the remote control if further alarm functionality is desired.
Cannot program siren with a KERUI control panel directly.This siren is a host for sensors, not a primary control panel.Program individual sensors to both the control panel and this siren separately. They will then alarm together when a sensor is triggered.
