- To prevent suffocation, do not place additional padding, blankets, or soft bedding under or around the infant. Use only the mattress provided by the manufacturer.
- Keep small parts and packaging materials away from children during assembly.
- Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged before placing the infant in the bassinet.
- When using in bedside sleeper mode, always secure the bassinet firmly to the adult bed using the provided attachment straps. Ensure there is no gap between the bassinet and the adult mattress.
- Do not use the rocking function unattended.
- Never move the bassinet with the infant inside, especially when using the rocking function.

Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your Semphis Baby Bassinet. It is recommended to assemble the bassinet in the room where it will be primarily used.

- Assemble the Frame: Connect the main frame components according to the visual guides. Ensure all joints click into place securely.
- Attach Bassinet Fabric: Slide the bassinet fabric over the assembled frame, ensuring the mesh sides are correctly positioned and the fabric is taut. Secure any zippers or fasteners.
- Install Mattress Support: Place the rigid mattress support board into the bottom of the bassinet fabric.
- Insert Mattress: Place the provided mattress on top of the mattress support. Ensure it fits snugly without gaps.

- Check Stability: Before use, gently shake the assembled bassinet to ensure all connections are secure and the unit is stable.
Operating Instructions
1. Standalone Bassinet Mode
In this mode, the bassinet functions as a traditional standalone sleeping space for your baby. Ensure both side panels are fully raised and locked into position. The wheels allow for easy movement between rooms.
2. Bedside Sleeper Mode
This mode allows the bassinet to be placed directly next to your bed, providing easy access to your baby. To convert:
- Lower one side panel by disengaging the locking mechanism (refer to the specific mechanism on your unit, typically a button or lever).
- Adjust the bassinet height to match your adult bed mattress height (see 'Adjusting Height' section below).
- Position the bassinet flush against your adult bed.
- Secure the bassinet to your adult bed using the provided attachment straps. Follow the strap instructions carefully to ensure a tight and secure fit, eliminating any gaps.
3. Rocking Mode
The bassinet can be converted into a rocking cradle to gently soothe your baby. To activate the rocking mode:
- Ensure the bassinet is in standalone mode with both side panels up and locked.
- Locate the rocking mechanism on the base of the bassinet legs.
- Engage the rocking function by rotating the leg supports as indicated by the arrows or locking tabs. This will convert the stationary wheels to curved rocking feet.
- To return to stationary mode, disengage the rocking function and lock the wheels back into place.
4. Adjusting Height
The bassinet features adjustable height settings to accommodate different bed heights or to raise/lower the bassinet as needed. To adjust the height:
- Locate the height adjustment buttons or levers on both sides of the bassinet frame.
- Simultaneously press the buttons/levers and lift or lower the bassinet to the desired height.

5. Tilt Angle Function

- Adjust one side of the bassinet to a higher setting than the other using the height adjustment mechanism.
- Ensure the tilt is gentle and within the recommended 3-8 degree range.
- Always ensure the baby's head is at the higher end of the tilt.
6. Storage Basket
The integrated storage basket provides a convenient space for baby essentials such as diapers, wipes, and small toys. Ensure items are placed securely and do not obstruct the bassinet's stability or airflow.
7. Breathable Mesh and Mosquito Net
The bassinet features breathable mesh sides for optimal air circulation and visibility of your baby. A removable mosquito net is also included to protect your baby from insects. Attach the mosquito net by securing it to the designated points on the bassinet frame.
Care and Maintenance
- Fabric Components: The fabric parts of the bassinet should be hand washed only with mild soap and cold water. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron. Allow to air dry completely.
- Frame: Wipe the metal and plastic frame components with a damp cloth and mild soap. Dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Mattress: The mattress cover can be removed and hand washed. The mattress pad itself can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
- Regular Checks: Periodically inspect the bassinet for any signs of wear, loose fasteners, or damaged parts. Tighten any loose screws and replace damaged components immediately.
