Setup

Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present and undamaged. Keep packaging materials for future storage or transport.

Assembling the Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

1. Attach the extension rod to the main body of the cordless vacuum cleaner.
2. Connect the multi-brush bar (floor brush) to the other end of the extension rod.
3. Ensure all connections click securely into place.

Placing the Dual Empty Station

1. Choose a location against a wall with at least 0.5m clearance on both sides and 1m in front for the robot vacuum to operate effectively.
2. Insert the provided spacer into the base of the station to ensure proper alignment with the wall.
3. Connect the power supply to the station and plug it into a wall outlet. Reorganize the power cord to prevent entanglement.

Installing the Side Brush (Robot Vacuum)

1. Gently flip the robot vacuum over.
2. Align the side brush with the designated slot on the underside of the robot.
3. Press firmly until it clicks into place.

Powering On and Charging

1. For the robot vacuum, remove the faceplate and flip the power switch to "I" (On). Replace the faceplate.
2. Wait for a voice prompt and the indicator light to turn on.
3. Dock the robot vacuum to the Dual Empty Station. The indicator light on the station will blink during charging. Charge for at least 30 minutes before initial use.
4. Mount the cordless vacuum cleaner onto the station for charging.

Connecting to Wi-Fi and App Setup

1. Download the SwitchBot app from your device's app store.
2. Register a SwitchBot account and sign in.
3. Tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the home page to add a device.
4. Select "Robot Vacuum K10+ Pro Combo" from the list.
5. Follow the in-app instructions to put the robot into pairing mode (long press Clean and Home buttons simultaneously until the light ring flashes rapidly).
6. Enter your Wi-Fi information (only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is supported).
7. Wait for the connection to complete. Your device is now successfully added.

Operating Instructions

Robot Vacuum Operation

• Start/Pause Cleaning: Press the CLEAN button on the robot or use the SwitchBot app.
• Return to Station: Press the HOME button on the robot or use the SwitchBot app.
• App Control: Use the SwitchBot app for advanced features such as scheduling, setting no-go zones, virtual walls, and selecting specific cleaning areas. The app also provides real-time mapping and cleaning progress.
• Obstacle Avoidance: The robot uses D-ToF radar and PSD obstacle avoidance to navigate around furniture and avoid falls.

Cordless Vacuum Cleaner Operation

• Power On/Off: Press the power button on the handle.
• Suction Modes: Toggle between Quiet, Standard, Strong, and Max suction modes using the button on the handle.
• Nozzles and Brushes: Utilize the 4 included nozzles and brushes for different cleaning tasks: multi-brush bar for floors, flexible crevice nozzle for tight spaces, mite removal brush for upholstery, and a 2-in-1 brush nozzle for versatile cleaning.
• Green LED Light: The multi-brush bar features a green LED light to illuminate dust and debris on hard floors, making it easier to spot and clean.

Mopping Function (Robot Vacuum)

The robot vacuum supports a mopping function using disposable wet tissues. Attach a wet tissue to the designated area on the robot before starting a mopping cycle. Discard the tissue after use.

Maintenance

Emptying Dustbins

• Automatic Emptying: The FusionBase Dual Dust Collection Station automatically empties both the robot and cordless vacuum's internal dustbins into a 3L dust bag. This bag typically needs replacement every 70 days.
• Manual Dust Bag Replacement: When the 3L dust bag is full, open the lid of the FusionBase station, remove the full bag, and replace it with a new one.

Cleaning Brushes

• Robot Vacuum Brush: The pure rubber brush is designed to reduce hair tangling. Periodically remove the brush and clean any accumulated hair or debris.
• Cordless Vacuum Brush: The V-shaped brush with 42 comb teeth helps prevent hair tangling. Regularly inspect and clean the brush bar to maintain optimal performance.

Cleaning Filters

Regularly check and clean the filter mesh, filter cotton, and filter cartridge in both vacuums to ensure strong suction and prevent blockages. Refer to the app for reminders on when to clean or replace filters based on usage.

Troubleshooting

• Robot not charging/emptying: Ensure the handheld vacuum holder is correctly aligned on the base. Misalignment can prevent proper charging or dust collection.
• Robot getting stuck: Use the SwitchBot app to set "no-go zones" for areas with excessive thin wires or low-clearance furniture that the robot cannot navigate.
• Reduced suction power: Check and empty the dustbins, clean or replace filters, and clear any blockages in the brushes or suction paths.
• Hair tangling on brushes: Regularly remove and clean the main brushes of both the robot and cordless vacuum. The V-shaped brush and pure rubber brush are designed to minimize tangles, but periodic cleaning is still recommended, especially in homes with pets.
• Connectivity issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz, as 5 GHz is not supported. Check the robot's power status and proximity to the Wi-Fi router.
