3. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is designed to be straightforward. Follow these steps carefully.

  1. Attach Stabilizers: Secure the front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure they are firmly tightened for stability.
  2. Install Pedals: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal tightens counter-clockwise, and the right pedal tightens clockwise. Ensure they are fully threaded and secure.
  3. Mount Seat Post and Saddle: Insert the seat post into the main frame and adjust to your desired height. Secure the saddle onto the seat post.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Adjusting Saddle and Handlebar

Proper adjustment of the saddle and handlebar is crucial for comfort and effective exercise. Loosen the adjustment knobs, slide the posts to your desired height and position, then tighten the knobs securely.

4.2. Adjusting Resistance

4.4. Emergency Stop Function

For immediate cessation of the flywheel, press the red 'STOP' button located on the resistance knob. This will quickly bring the bike to a halt, ensuring safety during unexpected situations.
