The DASH 7qt Clear View Digital Air Fryer utilizes AirCrisp® Technology to circulate hot air, offering a method for cooking various foods. Its 7-quart capacity and digital touchscreen with preset options are designed for user convenience. The integrated Clear View drawer allows monitoring of the cooking process.
Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including:
- Read all instructions.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Do not block any ventilation openings.

Setup and First Use
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and any promotional labels or stickers from the air fryer.
- Clean: Wash the Crisper Basket and Crisper Tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of space around the unit.
- Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The control panel will illuminate briefly.
- Initial Run (Optional): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight odor or smoke may be present, which is normal. Ensure adequate ventilation.

The air fryer features a digital touchscreen for easy operation. The main display shows temperature and time. Icons represent preset cooking functions, and buttons allow for manual adjustments.
Cooking with Presets
The air fryer includes 11 preset cooking functions for common foods:
- French Fries
- Bacon
- Chicken
- Steak
- Dessert
- Vegetables
- Toast
- Fish
- Wings
- Warm
- Defrost
- Place food into the Crisper Basket. Ensure the Crisper Tray is inserted.
- Insert the Crisper Basket firmly into the main unit.
- Press the Power button to turn on the unit.
- Select the desired preset icon. The display will show the default temperature and time for that preset.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
Manual Temperature and Time Adjustment
To customize cooking settings:
- Place food into the Crisper Basket and insert it into the unit.
- Press the Power button.
- Use the Temperature (+) and (-) buttons to set the desired temperature (up to 400°F).
- Use the Time (+) and (-) buttons to set the desired cooking time (up to 60 minutes).
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
Shake Reminder Function
For even cooking and crispier results, the air fryer features a Shake Reminder. During certain cooking cycles, the unit will beep and display a "SHAKE" icon, prompting you to shake or flip the food in the basket. Simply pull out the basket, shake or flip the contents, and reinsert the basket to resume cooking.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and performance of your air fryer.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Crisper Basket and Tray: The Crisper Basket and Crisper Tray are not dishwasher safe. Wash them with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or next use.
- Interior: Wipe the interior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. For stubborn food residue, use a mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge. Ensure the interior is dry before use.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the finish.
- Never Immerse: Never immerse the main unit, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your air fryer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
