2. Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons. Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or main housing in water or other liquid.

4. Setup
Unpacking:
- Carefully remove all packaging materials from the air fryer and its accessories.
- Check that all components are present: main unit, cooking basket, air fry base tray, and circulation riser.
Initial Cleaning:
- Wash the cooking basket, air fry base tray, and circulation riser with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
Placement:
- Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is adequate space (at least 6 inches) around the appliance for proper air circulation.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
Power On/Off:
- To turn on, press the Power button (
) on the digital touch screen. The display will illuminate. - To turn off, press the Power button again. The display will turn off, except for the Power button icon.

Setting Temperature and Time:
- After powering on, the default temperature (350°F) and time (00:15 minutes) will be displayed.
- Use the Up/Down arrows (
) to adjust the temperature (50°F to 400°F in 5°F increments) and time (up to 99 hours and 59 minutes). - Press the Start/Pause button (
) to begin cooking. The colon on the time display will flash. - To pause cooking, press the Start/Pause button again. The button will flash.
- If the basket is opened during cooking, the unit will automatically pause and display "Open". Cooking will resume automatically once the basket is reinserted.
7 One-Touch Cook Functions & 150 Presets:
The Brio Plus offers 7 versatile functions and 150 presets for various cooking needs.
- Functions: Air Fry, Bake, Roast, Dehydrate, Toast, Reheat, Preheat.
- Presets: 100 preprogrammed recipes and 50 DIY slots. Refer to the included Quick Start Guide and Recipe Book for detailed preset information.
- To select a preset, press the "Preset" button and use the Up/Down arrows to scroll through the options.
- The time and temperature for each preset can be adjusted to your preference.

Wattage Control:
The Brio Plus features three wattage options (700W, 1500W, 1800W) for flexible use in different electrical environments.
- Press the "Watts" button to cycle through the available wattage settings.
- The selected wattage will remain active even after powering the unit off and on.
- To lock a wattage setting, press and hold the "Watts" button until you hear a beep. Repeat to unlock.
Preheat Function:
- Preheat is off by default. To enable, press the "Preheat" button and then Start.
- The Preheat indicator and cooking temperature will blink while the unit preheats.
- Once the target temperature is reached, the Brio will beep and show "Ready" on the display, indicating it's time to add food.
- To enable auto-preheat for all cooking cycles, press and hold the "Preheat" button until you hear two beeps.
Shake Reminder:
For even cooking and crisping, the Brio Plus can remind you to flip, turn, or shake your food.
- To activate, set your desired cooking temperature and time, then press the bell icon (
) before pressing Start. - During cooking, the bell icon will flash, and the display may show "FLIP", "TURN", or "SHAKE" at the halfway point.

Control Panel Lock:
- To lock the control panel, press and hold the "Air Fry" and "Bake" buttons simultaneously until "LOCK" appears on the display.
- When locked, only the Power button will function.
- To unlock, press and hold the "Air Fry" and "Bake" buttons again, or power the unit off and on.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Daily Cleaning:
