4. Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all listed parts are present.
- Cleaning: Before first use, wash the Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl, Paddle Attachment, Dough Hook Attachment, Whisk Attachment, and Splash Guard in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.
- Placing the Mixing Bowl: Place the Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl onto the base of the mixer. Turn the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- Attaching Accessories:
- Ensure the mixer is unplugged.
- Press the Tilt-Head Release Button located at the back of the mixer and lift the motor head until it clicks into the tilted position.
- Align the chosen attachment (Paddle, Dough Hook, or Whisk) with the attachment shaft. Push the attachment upwards onto the shaft and turn it slightly until it locks into place.
- Lower the motor head by pressing the Tilt-Head Release Button again and gently pushing the head down until it locks into the operating position.
- Attaching the Splash Guard: If desired, place the Splash Guard over the mixing bowl before lowering the motor head. Ensure the opening aligns with the attachment.
5. Operating Instructions
