Troubleshooting

Connectivity Issues

If you experience issues with wireless connectivity or app functionality, ensure your GoPro Quik app is updated to the latest version. Restart both your camera and mobile device. If problems persist, try re-pairing the camera with the app.

Overheating

Continuous high-resolution recording, especially in warm environments, may cause the camera to heat up. If the camera becomes excessively hot, it may temporarily stop recording to prevent damage. Allow the camera to cool down before resuming use.

Water Sealing

While the HERO13 Black is waterproof, always double-check that the battery door and any other seals are fully closed and secure before submerging the camera. Improper sealing can lead to water ingress and damage.
