2. Setup

2.1 Unboxing and Inspection

Carefully open the packaging and remove the monitor and all accessories. Inspect all components for any signs of damage. If any items are damaged or missing, please contact customer support immediately.

2.2 Package Contents

2.3 Connecting the Monitor

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Power On/Off

After connecting all cables, press the power button (usually located on the side or back of the monitor) to turn the monitor on. To turn it off, press the power button again or use your operating system's shutdown function.

3.2 Touch Functionality

The monitor features a 10-point Projected Capacitive (PCAP) touch screen. Once the USB touch cable is connected to your computer, the touch functionality should be automatically recognized by most operating systems (e.g., Windows). You can use gestures such as tap, drag, pinch-to-zoom, and swipe.

3.3 On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu

The OSD menu allows you to adjust various display settings. Access the OSD menu using the buttons on the monitor or the external OSD keypad. Common settings include:

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning the Monitor

4.2 Heat Dissipation

Ensure that the ventilation openings on the back of the monitor are not obstructed to maintain optimal performance and longevity.

4.3 Industrial Protection

5. Troubleshooting

  • No Display:
    • Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the monitor and a working power outlet.
    • Verify that the video cable (HDMI, VGA, or DVI) is properly connected to both the monitor and the computer.
    • Check the input source setting in the OSD menu to ensure it matches the connected cable.
  • No Touch Response:
    • Confirm the USB touch cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the computer.
    • Restart your computer.
    • Ensure that the necessary touch drivers are installed on your operating system, if required (usually plug-and-play for Windows).
  • Image Quality Issues (Blurry, Distorted):
