• This fireplace is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
• Close supervision is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the fireplace is left operating and unattended.

Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the BOSHIRO Electric Fireplace with Mantel requires careful attention to detail. It is recommended that two people participate in the assembly process, and a power drill may expedite the process. Allow approximately 3-5 hours for complete assembly.

Before You Begin:

• Clear a spacious area for assembly.
• Unpack all components and verify against the parts list in your instruction manual.
• Gather necessary tools: Phillips head screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, and optionally, a power drill.

Assembly Steps (General Guide):

1. Assemble the Base: Connect the bottom panels and side supports according to the diagrams in your specific manual.
2. Construct Side Cabinets: Assemble the shelving units on either side of the main fireplace opening. Ensure adjustable shelves are installed as desired.
3. Attach Top Panel: Secure the main top panel to the assembled base and side cabinets. This forms the primary structure.
4. Install Back Panels: Attach the back panels to the unit, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
5. Integrate LED Light Strips: Connect the pre-installed LED light strips within the shelving units to the fireplace insert's control system.

Operating Instructions

Your electric fireplace offers convenient control via both touch buttons on the unit and a remote control. The remote control has a maximum effective distance of 26 feet.

Fireplace Insert Controls:

• POWER (On/Off): Press to turn the fireplace on or off.
• FLAME (Color & Brightness Selection): Adjust the flame color and brightness. There are 3 types of flame brightness settings.
• HEATER (750W/1500W Heater): Activate the heating function. Select between 750W (low heat) and 1500W (high heat) settings.
• TIMER (0.5H-6H Timer): Set a timer for automatic shut-off, ranging from 0.5 hours to 6 hours.
• TEMPERATURE CONTROL (62°F-82°F/17°C-27°C): Adjust the desired room temperature. The heater will cycle on and off to maintain this setting.

LED Light Strip Control:

The integrated LED light strips in the side cabinets are connected to the fireplace unit and can be controlled remotely. Use the remote control to change the color effects of these lights, enhancing the ambiance of your space.
